Quick turn arounds, excellent product and material, easy to work with staff, these guys do it all!

I ordered the “ROCKSTAR QUILT" trisuit, and it came in the mail the other day. I’m absolutely stoked about the looks the fit and the build quality. Cant wait to race it!!

Hands down the most comfortable, best quality suit I’ve had. The fit is perfect. It’s clear there’s been some solid effort put into the design and fabric choices. I’m not sure I need to say much about the artistic quality other than uniquely badass.

Its been a long, arduous relationship of placing orders, and waiting....then waiting some more. Then, waiting a bit more before the order arrives at the mailbox--and only then do i begin to realize the smart decision to have made this brand my choice for cycling apparel.

Its the apparent choice both in design and performance, and we're not talking early days of use alone. These are products which have withstood the miles road AND off-road, and all the washes and hang-drys in between.

There's much to be said for the improvements needed in customer service, particularly response times in communication regarding orders placed. These issues notwithstanding, each and every product ordered over the years--including a full race suit custom designed to such excellent detail--has never ceased to deliver value. It is the only cycling apparel with the design aesthetics and performance materials which appeal to both the playful and serious sides of my cycling persona. I am decidely a painhunter for sure.

I would not give a star if it was possible. Products are great, customer service is so horrible this company should be put out of business. The owner Ben will string you along with texts and emails about your product being next to be produced, blah, blah. With all of the wait time for supplies and production, the clock on you disputing your order and possible refund is ticking away. Do not order and stay away from the scammer!

I love the gear! I have been doing almost all my races and training in LTP kit.

Thanks guys from love the pain for the super cool design! These are the most creative things I've ever seen! If you have been preparing well for the start, these costumes will make your photos so juicy!

I received my new bibs last week in San Diego and I loved it, so nice bibs, perfect fit in my body, comfortable and made with sophisticated material.

High quality products. I’ve tested damn near every brand out there related to tri kits and cycling gear and LTP is in a league of their own.

Waiting nine months for a tri suit that I paid $350 for. Very little customer support and what responses you do get are rude. I will be seeking legal action against this company and filing a complaint with Consumer Protection.

Absolutely love my new aero suit! It's super comfortable and the full zipper front is so convenient. Seams don't dig, no chaffing and the camisole is great!

I am a serious cyclist. I cycle 300 miles a week. I thought that Castelli was the best cycling equipment available. I held that believe until I ordered completely new gear and kits from Love The Pain.

I have a custom painted bike and now have six different kits to mix and match on every ride. All of these kits were custom created, one-of-a-kind creations that are beautiful and amazing. Jackets, long-sleeve jerseys, jerseys, thermal sleeves, thermal leggings and more. I toured their facility in Los Angeles since I live about an hour away. Not only do they buy the best materials in the world from Italy and other countries, they have completely modern and state of the art laser material cutting machines, etc.

The owner, Ben, was a triathlete. He couldn't find the kind of gear he thought athlete should have, so he started this company. I am blown away not only by the quality of the materials, workmanship and customer service, but by the comfort of wearing this gear hour after hour, day after day, month after month. I decided to try one of my Castelli bibs after using Love The Pain's. It's then that I realized I will never wear that gear again. Castelli and Santini pay a lot of advertising money to professional teams, but that doesn't make their clothing the best. And now I realize the difference.

If you are a serious athlete, or serious about having the best gear available at a price that's less than their competition, this is the gear for you. Brad Tedeschi

Unfortunately had to cancel my order and start a recall on the cc payment. Ordered in November 2021, was finally told the kit was ready to send, yet no tracking number received ever. Too bad, would have been nice to rock their gear instead of the boring black and white tri kit thats available. Found a LTP knock off on AliExpress, even they ship faster lol

Just received my Tiger blues jersey and black galaxy bibs and I love them! The fit of this kit is very flattering and the material is buttery smooth for both pieces. I especially appreciate the grips for the legs on the bibs, and the arms and waist for the jersey; perfect for keeping things in place!

It’s been 1 year I bought from Love the pain and never received my purchase. We tried to contact them hundreds of times and besides being totally rude as they were right to take 1 year to deliver something, they never said what happened and when are they going to deliver the order. We asked for the money back but they insist that they can’t do it. It’s like a joke and we feel like it is a scam. Just want a solution after 1 year and they are not able to give. Never buy from them!

I am editing here to say that I just sent my address again for the 8th time. Let’s see which excuse comes next!!

Worst shopping experience of my life.

I have placed a couple of orders and the promised delivery time is not being met. I have one order for a trisuit that is still undelivered after one year. I will not order from this company again as they do not reply to messages.

Terrible customer service, it took over a year for my product to arrive and they are always so hard to contact. Their sizing is all over the board, I ordered large shorts and the sent me medium ones that would not fit, they would not refund me for their mistake. I had to file a complaint through my credit card to have it resolved. They make a good product, but are one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. They have a terrible team and some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. I would highly advise not to use!

Its now officially been 1 year since I placed my order of 3 items and I still haven’t received anything.
I have emailed and messaged countless times with no response.
If anyone reads this from love the pain can you please give me an update on when I can be expecting anything as I would actually love to get the chance to review the product properly. Order number is LTP13163
