I really am extremely grateful and happy I found this app. It’s one of the first apps ever I find to be very useful and I actually use every day. I use this app when I’m shopping in stores like Marshalls and Burlington when they have a large variety of namebrand and offbrand products so I use the app scanning section to scan product to see what works for me, which is with the whole point of using the app and I really love it

Previously wrote a one star critical review regarding confusion around online purchase of what I thought was an opportunity to buy a bundle of products but it was actually just a subscription fee that then allows you to purchase bundles which is not what I can afford and not what I thought I was paying for. I did give feedback that more clarity was needed about what you are purchasing online because you don’t know until you pay that there’s more steps and money you have to pay. I gave a 4 because I appreciated how fast they responded and immediately wanted to resolve my complaint and refund me. And it felt like it was a real person on the other side following up. They’re not the only company that has this confusing online purchasing process but so far I think they’re the only ones that get back really fast and you don’t have to argue. I appreciated the customer service.

They charged me $54.99 for subscription which I didn’t wanted to purchase by just clicking on instagram add. Please don’t click on any of their social media add they charge money instantly and $26.99 for some stupid product guide which you really don’t feel of need. They charged me total $81.98 straight and when I emailed they just responded that your subscription is cancelled. I sent several emails asking for the refund but they don’t response on this issue. I am extremely disappointed with Lóvi and their customer service. I would have bought some products for me for this money which got wasted because of just one click on instagram add.
However they have made my refund process and I have received the money thank you Lóvi for taking my request into consideration quickly.

This company took £59.98 from my account at once. I only clicked on their stupid, deceptive Instagram ad post and they charged me £59.98 just for scanning my face. I've emailed them over and over again. They refused to refund my money. I did not use their service. If you see their ad on Instagram, Facebook or any social media please don't click they will scan your face and charge you.
Update on my last review, my £59.98 has been refunded
Thanks to Sofi, she refunded my payment into my bank account

This plan such a scammer, I paid on their website and my money is gone….
I could even open the app asking need to login with codes which I never received…
Then I asked for refund but they say it’s not eligible. I don’t know why, no valid reason.

I am waiting on a response about canceling a subscription which was supposed to be products purchased. I selected product, applied a discount code provided by Lovi along with free shipping. The confirmation email stated my charge is for a subscription not product itself. Lovi’s response when I asked for shipment date since I was actually buying product, was that my purchase was not for product but for their skincare app. Products are ordered through other means and/or websites. Then why was my cart and order summary shown for products and free shipping. A subscription was not a part of the cart and order summary.

Customer service is useless - kid signed up to this via an Instagram ad and paid. I explained the situation and they said they couldn’t do anything about it because of the “money back policy”. Not helpful at all, after a genuine mistake, was like talking to robots.

I just made payment on the website and I tried to open the app but they are not sending any code to my email and my money is gone, but I wrote to them and asked for a refund and I did, at least they are honest

I’m very disappointed with Lóvi. I was automatically charged €39.99, even though I expected a one-time payment of €19.99 and haven’t used the app at all. I haven’t received a response to my emails. This experience was frustrating and unacceptable!!

I ordered a subsription for 19,99Eur after successfull payment I was offered something like ‘subsription bundle’, but I did not read the info carefully and pressed the button ‘sure’. I was instantly charged another 39,99 Eur via apple pay without any kind of consent request! I always have to confirm the payment, but this time this was not the case and cought me by surprise. I instantly canceled the non-wanted subscription and contacted customer service for refund, but they just sent me AI generated nonsense response. This app is definately a fraud scheme. 100% do not recommend using it.
Upd 2025-09-25: I initiated refund request via Revolut, as well sent another mail to customer service and today I can confirm - I received the refund. Even though I appreciate this final result, but in general the whole experience was annoying and looked unfair.

I am dissatisfied with the subscription, purchased it on the website and emailed within 30 days, only for customer service to tell me I am not eligible for a refund??
EDIT: I have received the full refund but it was through multiple frustrating conversations. Initially, they just said my subscription was cancelled, with no mention of a refund. Then I was told I wasn’t eligible. Later, they offered me a partial refund while trying to upsell me, and only after I insisted did they finally issue a full refund.
While the refund policy was technically made clear on the sign-up page, I am mostly dissatisfied with the subscription model itself. I paid for a whole year, only to later discover that many of the products I expected to be included were not actually part of the plan.

Do not buy from this company!
I placed an order over a month ago and never received my product. At first, they replied to my emails and asked some questions, but now their email address no longer exists. There is no phone number or any other way to contact them. I have lost my money and received nothing in return. Very disappointing and untrustworthy.
