Do not book with LCV. To begin with I was delighted with our trip arrangements, however whenever I asked for clarification on details I was ignored. Didn't receive documents until I had repeatedly asked for them. Transfer vouchers missing. Again ignored when I enquired about them. Then told that one of the excursions that was supposed to be included in the holiday wasn't, despite it clearly stating on their website that it was. I will never book with LCV again and I advise others to steer clear

I was initially very hesitant to book a holiday through WhatsApp, it felt like a scam. I eventually plucked up the courage to go for it and haven’t regretted it so far. After speaking with Josh through WhatsApp and then over the phone, he put my mind at rest, sent over the booking details and flight info within 12 hours of booking and kept in contact since. My holiday isn’t until October but so far so good.
