Lowcost Vibes - Krakow Trip
Found lowcost vibes on FB advertising Krakow, messaged them for a quote. Lovely man Steve Brook replied with all details. Steve then booked my flights, hotel, transfers, and excursions with no issues at all. Explained that this was a surprise for my husband’s birthday, so all communication had to be in secret, Paul completely understood this, and dealt with me when I advised him when he could contact me. Really looking forward to our trip, and Steve certainly made it a very easy booking for me. Would recommend Lowcost Vibes to anyone.

Updated review.
No tickets and messages all ignored. Update finally got these 45 hours prior to trip and if they were honest at the start it would’ve saved lots of stress instead of giving me earlier dates when obviously they knew they had no intentions of sending . Still no ATOL certificate. Just returned from trip and have changed this from 1* to 4* as the trip itself was very well organised and hotels booked were near to public transport. Also the transfers were ideal. The Gondola trip was great, however during the Vatican tour, the guide decided to leave us for 20 mins and gave us somewhere to meet her prior to moving on to St Peter's Basilica. We could not find the meeting place so missed out on this part of the tour and had to make numerous calls to tour company and eventually arranged for them to collect the equipment given to us from our hotel in Rome. Overall a great break taking in Rome and Venice.

As explained in our previous messages, your booking was fully confirmed with the supplier. The initial document provided was the supplier’s confirmation, and the final travel documents and vouchers are normally issued closer to the departure date once they are released by the supplier. This is a standard process with many travel providers.
We can confirm that all of your travel documents have already been sent, and we did provide updates regarding the time frame in which these would be issued.
If there is anything further you need before your departure, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to assist. We genuinely hope you have a wonderful trip and enjoy your holiday.

Reykjavik, Iceland Holiday
Myself and My 18 year old Daughter are just back from a 5 night stay in Reykjavik.
