Belman returned my call immediately to answer my questions, total cost and was able to schedule me for the next day. Belman conducted my cleaning with professionalism, was extremely polite and explained the process to me. I noticed a difference in the air immediately! He provided one of the best home service experience, did exactly what they promised and the best part was that it was stress-free. Belman is a customer service representative that Lowe's Duct Cleaning should be proud to have on their team.

Bruno Escobal from Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning arrived on time this morning and very professionally completed a complete cleaning of all of our air ducts (two systems), cleaned the blower motor and coil, and threw in a free dryer duct cleaning. We used this service five years ago when we moved into our home and we were very satisfied. So now we have two excellent experiences with this service, and recommend it highly.

We have an apartment complex with 200 units we started out with 60 units just to see if they are capable of handling the task they were on time and very efficient they left the unit’s very clean most of all they we’re very polite with the tenants we are very pleased

They did a great job. Very detailed with cleaning. Once here the technician showed me everything before doing it. Would definitely recommend.

Lowe's did an excellent job cleaning our dryer vent! Convenient and responsive communication and scheduling. The team that came out did an amazing job cleaning our 2nd floor dryer vent; which was long overdue. So happy, that we've scheduled upcoming airduct cleaning! Thanks to the team!

The technicians were on time, friendly, and courteous (even put on shoe covers to come into my place, which was very appreciated). They were great at answering my questions and explained the work they were going to do before doing it. They asked before performing anything that would cost extra and were transparent about pricing. They cleaned up after themselves and even sent pictures when the work was done along with prompt sending of receipts and invoices . I recommend. Im in Arlington VA but my invoice says it was the lowes in Columbia md.

We recently needed Air Duct service in our townhouse.  I made several calls, researching many vendors, and was able to narrow it down to a couple local companies, Lowes Air being one. 

The ease in contacting and scheduling an appointment was effortless.  I was also pleasantly surprised they were able to work with our schedule on considerable short notice.  We received text confirm shortly after scheduling letting us know Alex would be our service technician.
 
From the get-go, he (Alex) was attentive, professional, and respectful.  He called 30 min prior to arrival, and we were actually late to our own appointment unfortunately, but he was patiently waiting for us when we arrived. 

His team brought in the heavy equipment and went to work immediately.  Service took a few hours as expected, before/after pictures were provided without us even asking and they cleaned up afterwards.  Their fees were reasonable, and the customer service aspect couldn’t be better.  We would definitely recommend Lowes Air to local friends and family in need of this service.
