used to use luckywave alot but the last cashback value i got was very minimal considering I deposited and lost 2.5 k in a week ..I think it was like £40 !! that was the main reason why I stopped using them . up until then they were fine . I am from UK and aware there are no regulations etc and it was always a sigh of relief when withdrawals were accepted .. good choice of games to be fair and cant knock the live chat . This app, nothing but frustration to me it’s quicker for them to get my deposit but never accept my request for withdrawal, I have £125.00 pounds that had I ask for withdrawal 10 attempts but nothing happen so I decided to just give my money back to them because I think that is they’re waiting for me to play again which and yes they took all of it. I have spent nearly £2500 on this site and have never withdrawn. Since last week I have tried to withdraw. They requested many document, such as full personal bank statement which is not legal but I sent. Each time Lucky wave created problems to prevent my withdraw.
Their customer service is very poor and occasionally reply’s. They do not help in any ways to fixe the problem.
I have requested an email address for the complain department and revived no reply.
My next step will be complain to the EU gaming Committee as I am not receiving any assistant from Lucky wave.

Would just like to give this casino some credit after joining and reading reviews i honestly thought if and when i withdraw will i get it ive made 3 withdrawels now £1700-£1000-£2300 and all gone in with no problem in around 8 hours. Only thing is i did try to close my account and they kept delaying then giving me a week breathing space even though i asked several times i wanted my account closed otherwise they seem a legit casino

Avoid rigged slots
Withdrawals are very quick however slots are clearly rigged to death. It will only let you win on your first couple deposits hit every bonus and decent wins on them then after that constant dead spins on every single game almost impossible to hit a bonus and if you do it pays next to nothing. Rtp is non existent. Won’t be playing on here again. Would recommend to avoid.
EDIT: decided to give them one last try and nothing but dead spins and absolute rubbish bonuses some games lost couple hundred pound and still never bonused or won anything!
