Job Well Done
The Lugg movers did a great job with this delivery. They showed up on time, carefully wrapped the chair as requested, and carried it up one flight of stairs without any issues. They were respectful and accommodating the whole time. I even added a $40 tip because they performed so well. I would definitely use Lugg again if needed.

I purchased bathroom vanities and had no way to get them to my house. My husband and I are senior citizens and unable to move them ourselves. I found Lugg online and it was such a pleasant experience. I booked online and was able to schedule the next day. The movers Sadiki and Paci arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently. They were friendly and very helpful. I was impressed with their level of service and will definitely use them again. I highly recommend Lugg!

Reserved pickup from store to home
Reserved pickup of sofa and table from a store and brought to my home. Lugg fee was so much less than the store delivery charge. The two guys let me know when they arrived at the store and when they were on the way. Perfect delivery!

I had a seamless and amazing experience. My movers were very polite, on time, lifted two heavy bed frames that I couldn’t manage, and were finished within 2 hours. Would happily do business with this service again.

I would choose Lugg again
4.5 stars- I would definitely go with Lugg again. The app was easy to use, the process went smooth. Very attentive customer service. The cost was fair. The movers got the job done mostly efficiently. (-.5 star) I would have appreciated their conversations to be in English, instead of talking around me, in my home.

Very easy to book and I also needed to cancel an accidental booking which was easy. I like the tracking feature. All in all, this was a good value, if it was any more expensive, probably would've gone with regular movers.
