Very bad customer service

Very bad customer service
I bought a new tablet with warranty and it was not working after few days, when put charger it works is not working without charger. Went to Lulu they told me need to fix it will not replace it. I have been told that will be replaced if not working.
I am not recommending Lulu for any one
Please don’t deal with LuLu Hypermarket.

Ordered Sindhri mangoes

Ordered Sindhri mangoes. The picture and the name they had mentioned on the app was fine. The mangoes they delivered were not Sindhri at all. Fake product advertisement.

I ordered a Sony Bravia KD55X75k TV

I ordered a Sony Bravia KD55X75k TV. Paid 1700 aed.they said, will deliver after few days. But after that, this sales man calling me from Jumbo electronics number. Then we can directly go jumbo. Then Lulu sent 2 person to install TV. They fixed TV on wall in such a way cable is not reaching outlet of both sides.

Very bad customer service. They cancel orders even if the product is available by the time I made the purchase. They have no curtesy to reserve the Item once the purchase is made

There was a mistake on transaction and…

There was a mistake on transaction and we got a refund, but to our suprise we cannot use the credit note in another branch. Where we bought it was very far from out place, we were told that we need to send an email for approval of the credit note which very inconvenient. You should have a rule to get the refund in any branch as there is already a receipt and barcode.and also it was not our fault with that transaction.

I had bought cut pieces mutton…

I had bought cut pieces mutton believing quality was good but when I reached to home and unboxed I surprised with the full of rotten smell and the colour of meat cut pieces were partially green / blue..so ultimately I had to through it... how can an establishment like a LULU can cheat to the customers in such way... ??

Lulu where the world comes to get cheated!!!!
The cheak out girls at lulu always steal 15 to 20 fils from customers. I have been observing this precise for a long time. If your bill is 50.55 dhs and you give 100 you will get 49.75. This happens to me all the time, for their 5 fils they will give you 20 files short. Imagine if this happens to 500 customers in a day on a single counter its a gain of 100 dhs for a cashier that makes it 2500 to 3000 a month.. I have decided not to buy anything from lulu hence forth. Inflation is already through the roof and a feeling of being cheated in a broad daylight is totally unacceptable. Those who can boycott lulu.. Let them know that we customers are not fools. 😠😠😠

LuLu - rude and bad attitude to the customer

LuLu - DIP opposite NMC hospital - incident happen 16/2/2023 at 7.30 pm - Rude staff and Her name is Manpreet.
The night supervisor and manager are helpless to talk to her and in front of them she was pointing to me saying go n and complaint anywhere and i don't care.

Professional liars and cheaters

Professional liars and cheaters , they are playing very clean I bought and hand carry bag and they give me warranty in written for 5 years …. After 7 days it got damage due to bad quality and when I visited Lulu super market Karama where I bought they started to play … first they asked I should bring bill and I said this is warranty card provided and I think that is enough than I ask me to wait and after 20 minutes they said bad company is not giving warranty… if they are not giving the warranty than they I have this warranty card with me with Lulu stamp …! Very very bad customer services

CARREFOUR IS FAR BETTER THAN YOU

Your delivery method is so outdated unlike Carrefour. I tried to order fresh items such as chicken and beef. I tapped the express delivery, unfortunately it say on the app that they will deliver it in the morning within 8am to 10am. Bro, it's already 10:11 am you exceed the delivery timing considering that my orders are fresh. I actually decided not to cancel my order cause you are taking too much time to refund. I called the customer service. I Believe she is Hindi, she said that if the items are not fresh or rotten already then that is the time I can call customer service. She said that I am not receiving the items yet so wait before complain. OMG I will never order again from lulu "fresh" market anymore. Carrefour is far better than you.

I didn't get support from staff.i had…

I didn't get support from staff.i had order freezer instead of refrigerator. I contacted customer care services and they told they will not exangd the product. Once sold. I think I would never recommend to purchase any products online with LULU .
Very bad experience.
