Very quick response and reimbursement
I accidently placed an order with Lumineorganics. Their site guided me to send an email as the method of contact. I emailed them my problem. They responded very quickly and canceled my order and reimbursed my payment method.
Very disappointed with my experience so far
I placed my order on June 30, and as of July 14, I still haven't received it. The USPS tracking has provided no useful information, making it impossible to know when the package will actually arrive.
What was especially surprising is that, although the company appears to be based in the U.S., my order is being shipped from China. That was not something I expected when I placed the order, and I wish this had been disclosed more clearly upfront.
Because of the long shipping time, lack of meaningful tracking updates, and unexpected international shipping, I honestly started wondering whether this company was legitimate. I hope the product eventually arrives, but the purchasing experience has been very disappointing.

I ordered a couple of products as a one time purchase. The following month I received the same products and was charged for a subscription. When I contacted customer service with a screenshot of the one time purchase order, they would not return any of my emails other than the first one with, “someone will get back to you”. Despite repeated attempts I had to contact my credit card company. They advised this company has been flagged for doing the very same thing to other clients.
