Fake products, unbranded no ingredients listed no labelling whatsoever and cheap. Clearly fraudulent company

I purchased 2 of these as Christmas gifts. One for me, one for my mom. Feels cheap, can’t tell if it’s charged. The lights turn on, but no vibration. Ordered at the beginning of November, received 2 days before Christmas. I was really excited to get this and was hoping it would work. I feel scammed.

Ordered a blurring powder. Put it on and looked sunburned. Turned pot over and found it says ‘bare minerals blush - rouge’. Emailed the company, hoping it was a genuine mistake and they’d sent me the wrong thing. They say that I need to send the original back to CHINA!! now they’ve stopped responding to my emails, and have deleted any negative post I’ve pot on Facebook trying to discourage people from using their products.

Do not use this company!! Purchased luminescence face massager, took weeks to arrive, finally arrived to find out it’s faulty and not working!!! What a scam!!! No reply’s to my emails! What a waste of money

Do not buy!! Awful product and customer service. I want a refund and they are ignoring my emails. Awful! They asked for my order number but never followed through with refund.

The item will not charge, I have been told that I cannot have a refund for the faulty item.

Did not receive product, had shipping info but nothing ever arrived, I guess they were waiting for me to forget, very disappointing to fall for this via a Facebook ad

Horrible scam company. I ordered the mask in May 2020 and after 6 months of constant runaround (apologies, promises a 'manager' would resolve it, then no contact, then the exact same apologies and runaround) they sent me a sucky piece of crap wand- NOT A MASK- and then refused to reply. I told them i did not accept an alternate product but never received any further reply. I do not have an address to return their not a mask product. No reply to the BBB report filed. They suck! Do NOT waste your money or time

I placed my order on June 5th 2020 and as of today February 20,2021 still can’t receive my order or refund. Every time when I ask for item, they keep answering same thing over and over : be patient and we understand your frustration. They don’t care about customers and it just scam . Please don’t buy anything from them. Thank you for reading this. Usually I never post bad reviews, but this is insane.

ZERO STARS FOR THIS FAKE SCAM OF A COMPANY! I’m not going to bother going on and on about what a horrible product this is- just read everyone else’s reviews. But I fell for it only to be outraged by what I got. On top of it not being real red light therapy, it was broken- the power adapter did not even work. I was able to get it turn on with my own power adapter to see these lights are so sadly pathetic I’m furious for rally for such a scam. I have another small red light therapy device so it was glaringly obvious that this is a very poor fake. The mask is also heavy and incredibly uncomfortable, I couldn’t wear it for two minutes- but I tried it just to see what it felt like. HORRIBLE! I tried to return the product and refused to provide a return shipping address and instructed me to create a video showing the problem, and upload it to a website. NO WAY! Refusing to jump thru hoops, I filed a dispute with my bank USAA, and after a month I have just been informed they will NOT REFUND MY MONEY. I AM NOW OUTRAGED WITH USAA- a bank I have trusted my money with for years and years! I am now starting over— FURIOUS AT USAA FOR FAILING TO SEE THIS SCAM AND ALLOWING LUMINESCENCE TO GET AWAY WITH SUCH DISGUSTING THEFT OF IGNORANT AND TRUSTING CONSUMERS SUCH AS MYSELF AND ANY ONE ELSE WHO MAKES THE STUPID MISTAKE OF FALLING FOR THIS ATROCIOUS SCAM.

Company is a scam. Fraud fraud fraud! Don’t buy from this co. I received a box missing parts and the one item in it was used! NASTY! Wrote them many times without response. A waste of time And money on a major waste of a company.

I purchased the stupid mask back in September, it took a month to receive, and when I opened there were bloodstains all over the mask. I immediately contacted customer service to address the issue, 48 hours later I got an email asking to send a video of the product, I did it, but I’m still waiting for an Ziaul to get back to me when the investigation is done. (BS) I never going to see my money again. DO NOT WAST YOUR YOUR MONEY.

DO NOT BUY!!! It seemed like I wouldn't even get my product, but when I finally did, it was USED/opened and MISSING PARTS!!! When I tried to email to get a refund, the company put me on a block list!!! Thank God I paid with PayPal!

I purchased this product early in June 2020 and still have not recieved it. I have contacted customer support many times only to hear my order is being investigated. I am contacting my bank to see if my debit card can be refunded. Do not order from this company as you can see here how they do not deliver their product.

This company took my money and I never received a product. I filed a complaint with the BBB and they won’t even respond to them.

This is all fraud this company is just cheating their customers they never return the refund even when they get the item back please please never trust this . It’s manager is a cheater and thief they don’t have any contact number to contact them for the refund I did a return in July 2020 and it’s more then 4 months I didn’t get my refund yet and they never answer any positive reply for my emails so please never waste your money

NOT DO WASTE YOUR MONEY. My mask broke, I sent an email a month ago for an exchange, got the most unprofessional response and apparently their still doing an "INVESTIGATION". Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I will be working with my CC company to dispute the charge because that's the only way anything will happen.
