Do not buy from this criminal company
This company receives one big star for the clever and sleek way it succeeds to sell a completely unreliable, unregistered and non-certified led light mask to thousands of gullible people all over the world. People got burns on their faces and the seller deletes all negative comments from his facebook page and then blocks the user. On top of that the Luminescence Official website is an almost complete copy from the website of an Australian skin care company called 'Beauty by Light'. I have contacted this company to warn them and they have reported them with the correct authorities.
Only when I received my order, I discovered that the led light mask is not at all professional, despite all the claims and promises on the seller's website: the manual does not show the country of origen, there is no name of a manufacturer, no customer service number, no certification and the instructions are written in incomprehensible English.
I strongly advice not to buy from this company as you might risk to damage your skin. Shame on Facebook to allow such a seller on their platform. Update: I am surprised to see many months later this company is still allowed to advertise on Facebook!
