Much better than expected
At first, after placing the order, I found some bad reviews in Czech Republic where I'm from, but actually everything went really smooth and well. Plenty of information e-mails, faster delivery than the announced lead time. Everything very well packed so all, including glass, delivered in excellent condition.

Quality service, reliable e-shop
I highly appreciate the quality of customer service both in the e-shop and during delivery. The goods were well packed and delivered in good order. Unfortunately, the goods do not suit us, so we return them within the legal period. The current return process is hassle-free and very convenient for the customer.

My order has never been delivered
My order has never been delivered. The shipping company has never contacted me, there is no way how to effectively place a request to Lights24 or to their shipping partner DPD. I can only helplessly watch my order being returning back to the sender - 3 weeks past I have paid the money for the goods.
