Hi, I was so excited to receive my 18” Maple Butter Topper! Upon trying it on, it was everything Kimberley and the team had promised on their website and video’s. The colour was such a pretty blond with many different shades to blend. The quality of the hair was just the right density and the human hair was super soft and A Grade condition. The base was just blending into the blond looking realistic and also a beautiful colour at the root. I’d been thinking about the purchase very carefully for some time and I could not be happier with the result! I was diagnosed with Androgenic Alopecia when I was 12 years old. I am now nearly 30.
For years I have struggled with my appearance feeling bad about myself, trying to cover up my thinning with root spray, hair fibres and spending so much money on tape in extensions which didn’t do much of a difference. I got my first topper a few years ago in a hairdressers where I live, I wasn’t shown how to look after it or even how to put it on and avoided wearing it as I felt it looked very fake. I followed Lusta for a long time and was afraid to buy as it was online. After looking at the reviews and the return policy I bit the bullet and bought one. Wow I would never ever look back, not only is the piece so natural and sits so perfect on my head you wouldn’t even know it wasn’t growing from my head but the support the team offer to their customers is just amazing, you feel part of a community and less alone. It’s also great that the owner has hair loss too so understands the feelings around buying hair, quality of hair and also how scary is to first start wearing hair and you would know how personal it is to her as it shows in the work of Lusta. I would recommend anyone who is looking to buy hair to look into Lusta as you will not regret it!
Absolutely the best customer service & follow through!
It took me a while to reach out to Lusta because I was afraid of change. Once I did, I was disappointed that I had waited so long! The Lusta team has been super responsive, supportive, and understanding. My game changer piece arrived quickly, and the hair was absolutely beautiful. It looks so real!! I was used to wearing vacuum pieces, so the Lusta piece is so light and natural. I couldn’t believe the difference. I’ll definitely order from them again, and am looking forward to seeing their new pieces that are coming out soon! Can’t wait to see how they’ve improved on something that was already fantastic!
If there’s one thing I know is I’m not graceful. I am clumsy, I’m messy and I do not fall under a category of being “neat”. This type of lifestyle is acceptable with the lusta hair company/kimberlys hard work. I have accidentally pulled my wig stands with the paddle brush. It was not going to slip off of my head. I’ve gone on rollercoasters. No worries, it stayed on perfectly! I was nervous about this one. I really think after years of being apart of the lusta community their customer service is top tier. This is why I continuously stay purchasing through them. They are supportive and so caring, truly! I’ve been on a cancer journey. They ask me how I’m doing and check in on me often! I feel the love. I wear my pieces daily and they last the rest of time no questions. Everyone who knows me closely says they could never tell I was wearing hair. My mom said she wants one now, too because of how realistic it looks. I cannot rave about how comforting the lusta team is with unboxing your pieces. They will guide you every step of the way with wearing your new piece. Not once did I feel alone after purchasing through lusta! The customer service are so pleasant and it makes a difference! I cannot wait to see what’s in store for lustas future. I know I will be there for it all.

The Lusta team is incredibly kind, helpful, and insanely good at what they do! I have two toppers, and for both of them the colour match was absolutely perfect. After so many years of sadness, it feels amazing not to have to worry about my hair anymore. The toppers are so easy to attach, the clips are comfortable, and you don’t even feel like you’re wearing anything on your head. I’ll never buy anywhere else again ❤️

Very poor quality! After 3-4 months, the hair was visibly falling out at the front of the head, and after 5-6 months, also on the sides above the ears. After 7-8 months, the color had completely changed.
After contacting the company, they claimed it was due to improper care, which is impossible! After several attempts to resolve the issue, they offered us a voucher worth about €400 when we bought a new wig, which is ridiculous considering it cost over €2000. I'm certainly not going to buy the same poor-quality product twice!

Do not trust them when they say you will be able to sell online if it doesn’t work out. 6 months i have had a topper advertised at half the purchase price and not one bite. Topper is still in packaging unopened. Even if I had sold it I would have been $2,000 out of pocket.

While I'm not a customer I do want to express my deepest gratitude to Lusta and their employee Kimberly. I am currently selling my hair and a fraud said that they worked with this company. I reached out to confirm and not only did Lusta take the time out of their schedule to get back to me when I'm not a paying customer. They did so the same business day. They may have literally saved me from going in the hole $5,000! While many companies wouldn't care what happened to someone who doesn't contribute to their bottom line they did neighborly thing by ensuring I know this man was lying. I plan on recommending this company to any people I know who have such hair needs!
