Exceptional Service

I reached out via Chat to inquiry about a chair I wanted to purchase. Asked the sales associate (Kelly) if the vendor was able to hold the shipment until my new home was completed. I heard back in less than 4 hours, she created a sales quote for me and advised next steps. Great customer service...process was simple and great example of going above and beyond. Will shop here again!

Pretty Disappointed

I ordered this item in September, was notified in it would arrive in January. After many emails and calls I received the item end of March and it has a small crack in the top. Very disappointing after such a long wait.

In response to your response, it didn't ask me for an order number. It is: 473283
