I purchased a pair of jeans and a couple of sweaters. Everything arrived in great condition and as ordered the jean did not fit so I had to returned them but customer services was wonderful and very responsive. They helped me in all the return process and explained how the store credit works for international orders. I can’t wait to play e the new order and get those amazing pants on!

Faultless customer service. My parcel went missing- customer service replied fast to try and locate my parcel, and when they couldn’t they resolved the issue with my preferences taken into account within a day.
