Supportive service

Despite a missing instruction manual in the boxes, the customer service team was very responsive on the phone and sent it straight away by email.
With their support, particularly the kindness and efficiency of Hazel B. the assembly could go ahead safely.
I appreciated the follow-up and assistance in resolving the issue. Thank you.

This compny truly stands out!

I was so upset when my bed head broke, it was such a surprise, and I wasn’t sure what to expect in terms of getting it fixed. I emailed the company immediately, and honestly, I didn’t expect such a fast and caring response. Not only did they reply quickly, but they also went above and beyond by sending me a brand new replacement without any hassle. The whole experience felt smooth and stress free, and it really showed me how much they value their customers. I can’t recommend them enough, from the quality of their products to their amazing customer service, they truly stand out! Big shout out to Jeff.

I was missing a box to my order for 2…

I was missing a box to my order for 2 weeks and the lovely consultant Charlotte helped resolve my issue and had the box delivered out as soon as she could. I am grateful I had my bed before christmas. Thank you luxo living team.

Exceptional service

Mira, one of your representatives made the whole process so much better with her exceptional customer service. I called to have my incorrect address amended. Mira quickly rectified this, and was very friendly and efficient. Additionally, she followed up with a delivery update.
Add the amazing furniture I look forward to receiving, I will definitely be buying again from Luxo Living 🤩
