DONT USE this website. I feel like I got scammed using them. It takes them a month to send the item to you and then the actual item is pretty much garbage. I got the matcha green color and it looked closer to a grey with green tint, not like the pictures. Also it is nearly impossible to actually put the skin on, it folds easily and then becomes unusable. Also it looks cheap too. Don't waste your money. I asked for a refund, I dont think I will be getting it either. Just avoid

I purchased a kindle skin for $64 - NEVER arrived. They do not give you tracking. They only offer to send it again (untracked of course) and deny your right to a refund. I have filed a dispute with my bank to try and get my money back. Very rude customer service - cookie cutter responses. They are a SCAM!

My skin never arrived, it's been 2 months. They're ignoring my emails and support messages. My debit card company gave me a chargeback because they had evidence of non-delivery.

Stay Away and save your money. If you buy from this company they will send you something that is just a piece of shit. I send it back to them and it came straight back. Facebook is also to blame for allowing such filth onto there platform. Special place in hell for such low lifes.

Placed an order early December 2025, never received any tracking info except an estimated delivery time of early January. Never received the order, I reached out and was told the shipping was delayed and it could be an additional few weeks to receive. I again never received anything and now they are refusing to refund me and just offering to send it again. I filed a dispute with my bank.

You will never receive order. Don't waste your money.

Scam.

Ordered a Nintendo switch skin 30 days ago, says 5-10 days postage.
No tracking, no updates. They literally just take the money, they wont answer emails, doubt its even a real company with real products.

Ordered two skins. They did not arrive although a tracking number was provided and they said they had created a label. Will not answer emails

Absolutely awful customer service. Ordered an item on 15/12 and paid an extra $16 for express delivery to get here before Xmas. Parcel wasn't lodged until 19/12 and is still nowhere to be seen. It is now 29/12 and I have no response from the company despite sending multiple messages. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered and never got my product. Completed ghosted when trying to contact.

Submitted and paid for order on 7/30/2024. I realized it was out of the country and decided to cancel the order. Within the hour I sent them a chat on their website to cancel. The auto chat said someone would call or email. No one did. I followed up the next day with an email. The email auto response referred me to the website chat. This cycle continued for 2 months. My bank card was charged and no product and no cancelation for refund. Their customer service is non existent. Both Shop and Etsy should remove them from their service. Today I had to call my bank and dispute the charge. The only way I was able to get my money back.

Ordered September 6. Now September 19. Order hasent been sent, no customer service.
Just some scab running a scam.

Placed an order 19 December 2023 and I got the shipment confirmation email on December 22, 2023, I didn’t have tracking but it arrived in good time especially since it was during Christmas period.

Item was as described and I was quite happy with the price, item I received and the seamless transaction and will definitely recommend and will reorder from them soon.

I received my order but the product was terrible. It doesn’t wrap neatly around my switch or kindle. As soon as you encounter a bump or curve the wrap creases around the corner and doesnt feel nice to handle so i removed from all my devices as it looked so bad.

Absolutely appauling, will not stay on for 2 minutes with children! The stickers bubble and lift leaving the stickers all lifted around the edges. Tried contacting the company about the issue and they have ignored me for a couple of days, still unanswered answers. not good customer service atall! I only placed one sticker on, the front docking sticker! Which should be the easiest sticker as it’s flat, I dread to think the state of the other stickers as they’re more fiddly for the button etc. these would look even worse than the front docking one. the sticker was literally on the front docking station but for less than two minutes and when peeling off left really bad sticky residue! Please don’t buy for children using the switch, not practical atall! Also ordered some to cover the gear sticks and they never turned up! Also mentioned this on the message and yet no response so not only have I paid for appauling stickers for my switch they also have taken money for something they haven’t posted to me. I wouldn’t have resulted in this but being the matter they haven’t responded this is what I’m left to do so. Hoping someone else doesn’t get let down or even better let their children down with these not good quality stickers

Why am I not surprised that this company has such a low score. They are not a legitimate company. They do not ship your order and then refuse to refund you. Their customer service completely ignores you. They are the worst company. They are scammers!!!!!!!

I ordered from them because before I got my skin at a decent amount of time. I ordered a skin and a case December 28th 2023, and it’s now February 2024 and I haven’t received anything. I got hold of customer service a month later and they told me to wait 1-2 weeks and they’ll send me a replacement. Now I’m looking for the replacement or to get my money back and I can’t access the chat function on their website, and they’ve deleted all of my posts on social media. Just want my money back at this point.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I ordered from etsy so I was lucky when the item never arrived. Ordered beginning of Dec 2023, it's now February 2024 and the skin I ordered never arrived. In the customer service they claim to help, they claim to be empathetic, they claim to offer a replacement but i'd be dumb to believe that. 100% SCAM. listen to all the reviews, do not give these people any money. they don't deserve it.

These guys absolutely suck. Rubbish products, rubbish customer service. Dont be fooled by the pics. They are just stickers that dont stick.
DONT BUY FROM THEM EVER, YOU WILL 100% REGRET IT.
