Very nice options on jewellery and the delivery was quick.

I ran into a bit of a snag while trying to place my order, but I reached out to the seller for help and they were incredibly responsive and helpful. They resolved the issue quickly. Hoping my order will arrive soon!

I was served by Maria today and she went over and above the call of duty she was so patient and helpful. Maria definitely needs acknowledgment from management in pay and or time off for being such a dedicated employee.

Pros: fast delivery, ordered Sunday night and it arrived by Tuesday

Cons: quality, packaging, pretty much everything else.

I ordered about 200 euro worth of stuff because a friend gave me a voucher and I'm very glad I did not spend my own money proper on this.

First of all, I opened the parcel to find my jewellery just thrown into 2 cloth bags in a bubble mailer. No boxes, no individual packaging. You could hear them clanking off each other if you shook the bag. This leaves all the jewellery liable to scratching each other before its even opened.

The quality when I opened the pieces was dire. The rings look rough and unfinished, especially the spinner ring I got. It just looks rough. The inside of the claddagh ring was sharp at points. All stones are glued in, and generally look very cheap, probably a result of being plated with the stones already in. You'd expect better from temu.

The absolute worst part though, is that a quick reverse image search shows all pieces I got except the claddagh ring are just bought in stainless steel tat from china then sent for plating.

If you really want to buy anything from Lynott, I reccomend going in in person so you can see the quality of what you're buying. The pieces without gems don't look too bad, I certainly don't think they're worth what's being charged though.

I got a finger print engraved onto a pendant and the size was reduced so much that the unique characteristics got lost. It was done very well and if the print was bigger on the pendant then I would have likely been happier. The little diamanté studs were quite crooked.
Deliver etc. there was no issues with. Nor was there any negative interactions with the site etc.
I would potentially order from the site again but I’d be more careful with my choice of jewellery.

My daughter purchased a ring from the Dundrum store a few weeks ago, and unfortunately one of the stones fell out shortly afterwards. I had misplaced the receipt, so I contacted the customer service team by email to explain the situation.

I couldn't have been more impressed with the service I received. The team was incredibly helpful, understanding, and efficient throughout the entire process. My daughter received her replacement ring yesterday with absolutely no issues.

It's refreshing to experience such excellent customer service these days. I would highly recommend Lynott's to anyone looking to purchase jewellery. Thank you to the team for making what could have been a stressful situation so easy to resolve!

Send order. Ordered may 2nd. Was told 1-3 days. I’ve mailed. Nobody has bothered replying and no tracking details updated.

Paid £10 for delivery which is very expensive and jewellery took over 2 weeks to arrive! However customer service was great and jewellery beautiful and worth the long wait.

Necklace has lost diamonds within 4 days of wearing it. Very disappointed
