Flor, Holly and Billur in the Limerick Brown Thomas shop are the BEST staff members I have met in Lynott. High quality customer service, the attention to detail and care for what each customer needs to have a great experience when shopping are exceptional. The counter was flawless, made me want to buy everything! Definitely coming back to visit these girls again!

Bought some Jewellery online for a gift. It came thrown together in a bag. I had to spend twenty minute detnagling everything. The necklace came with a knot that I had to detangle. I'm glad i checked it and got it delivered to me as I would be embarrassed to get it delivered to my friend.
The bracelet and necklace with charms is made very poorly, you need to constantly ensure the flowers are the right way up.

Received my items and one of the pieces of jewellery was made wrong… a part of my necklace was put on backwards making it stand out when I tried to wear it

Aoife working at Arnotts was the most helpful! I was looking for a necklace for my 1 year anniversary and had some beadwork I wanted to add to it. Not only did she help me find the perfect ones but helped me assemble them and attached a charm that I had brought.

She was my saving grace and made my anniversary gift for my partner even more special. Kudos and shout out to Aoife for giving the best retail experience and customer service I’ve had in a very long time.

Went and got permanent jewellery for my sister, paid almost €90 for it to break less then 24 hours later. As well as this I was supposed to receive a free gift with my online order, got told the order was shipped but I never received it, not impressed with quality or service.

Received order within 2 days. My free gift was a braclet was thrilled. 3rd time purchasing from Lynott beautiful jewellery that doesnt tarnish and great prices. Superb customer support when I had an issue with size of braclet received. They told me to choose an alternative braclet free of the same value. Which I was delighted with 5 * service. Thank you 😊

I had a fantastic experience at the counter in Brown Thomas Limerick. I was exchanging a bracelet that had broken and the girl I was dealing with went above and beyond letting me try on different items and making great suggestions. Would definitely purchase again based on how helpful the staff member was even though the original item broke.

I initially got my permanent bracelet on the 22nd June later that day it had fallen off. I went back the next day to get it fixed and again later that evening it had fallen off. Not very permanent in my eyes.

I've bought online and in-store and have loved every piece. I lose jewellery constantly so non tarnish is perfect for me as I now don't have to remove.

Although my order was never received due to post issues, Lynott Jewellery Customer Service remained in constant contact with me. We were able to update each other and a full refund was issued to me. I am very grateful for their help and I will be ordering from them again in the future. Thank you.
