Very handy road. I was mischarged but easy to contact and was refunded the difference.

Very deceiving prices.

Very deceiving, we thought it was £ 5 .70 for the car and was charged £11.60 WILL NOT BE USING EVER AGAIN !!!

Not happy at all with the charge

Not happy at all with the charge.
Only for 19 miles, you charged me 11.66.
That's quite unfair.

I’ve just moved to the prepaid system…

I’ve just moved to the prepaid system and thought it would be better due to receipts being sent but they don’t. It was easier to just go on the website and download them.

Ridiculous amount of money and…

Ridiculous amount of money and overcharge as it was a vw camper, not a commercial van. Didn’t want to take the toll but satnav took us on it big mistake a a hard lesson learnt will never use it again.

I would have given one star because it is exorbitantly expensive.
However: the process itself is flawless and it is hands down the cleanest motorway I have ever travelled on. No trash on the sides, roads well maintained, beautiful bit of countryside.
Still… Make it cheaper! Please!
