I had made an honest mistake, by leaving the motorway as one of my kids had woke up coughing and was sick in the car. I tried to leave for a safe place to stop and realised it was not safe and had to re-enter the toll road being charged again. I contacted the customer service to explain the mistake I had made and was refunded the difference!

I was charged £19-90 for a Transit Custom Van which should have been £11 something. After E mailing customer service I was refused a refund, thank you

2) Clear explanation that the change could not be done online.
3) Helpful attitude as Kay offered to make the changes for me.

Overcharged me, then told me I'd be refunded the full amount, then told me I'd get half back in 7 days (after waiting 2 weeks) then asked for details of my trip even though I have already submitted them because they can't find the transaction, its not a great deal of money but its the principle and how many people just give up.....
