Quite convenient to be able to register

Quite convenient to be able to register and not use a credit card or money at the toll. It was difficult to cancel my registration on line having used the service and needed to seek help and have the administrator do it for me.

You said toll road clear but it had speed restrictions, that is NOT clear

Hi Amy. The M6toll clear sign means there are no obstructions or incidents on the road. The speed restrictions have been put in place at the bottom of the road by National Highways for HS2 works. Even with the restrictions in place for a small section of the road, the M6toll is still the most reliable and stress free route through the Midlands. disability exemption renewal

Did not realise had to make new account but was advised what to do to sort issue out and it worked! Within ten minutes of uploading document got an email confirming it was all sorted and set up. Excellent service and customer support

Initially overcharged due to misclassification

The refund for overcharging me has (apparently) been issued, though not yet received. A total lack of genuine apology, nor any explanation, as to how the misclassification of a Peugeot e-208 as a Class 4 vehicle could have happened. As this was my only time of using the M6 Toll, the lack of care and concern doesn't fil me with any confidence that the error wouldn't reoccur - leaving me unlikely to repeat usage of the road if I will have to spend the time going through this process every time. I am only giving two stars rather than one because it was a pleasant experience to enjoy the road - and I had fully expected to do it again - but probably not now

I have looked into your journey and can see that the lane software was out of synchronisation, meaning the system picked up another vehicle for your journey. This does happen and cannot always be seen when you are at the plaza. I can see that a refund has been issued.
