Unfortunately, was not happy at all as it was a mistake to take the M6 Toll and only got a refund half! It was £18.40 to turned around and only got a refund of £9.20

3. *Toll pricing info* - current charges, peak/off-peak rates, and alternative route costs

Daylight robbery charged twice £19.60 seven minutes apart for a pick up, which they classed as a category 4 vehicle.

Disgraceful rip off service! Wrong turn, probably less than a mile £9.10 !! Can’t get a receipt for your payment unless you go to their website, then it doesn’t find your details! No visible pricing signs, a complete con!

When your devices would not accept my cards had to pay via web using same cards. When payment eventually went through no confirmation was sent to me until 3 days later. Went into my bank to find out if payment was made. Because of this avoided toll on return journey. Think had a call from your centre as had put a couple of requests in for help but call was so garbled and noisy could not make it out. The road it's self fine. Cards work fine other places.

Fantastic business. I always use this road on my journeys south, great value for money. No potholes, no dead badgers, just smooth blacktop. The services are great as well, they don’t have that industrial feeling. Whilst there I spoke to Julie who gave me some great advice about the M6 toll lite, a perfect product.

I was forced into following a Diversion that took me onto the M6 Toll road, which I purposely didnt want to use and hadn't factored a £11.60 charge into my journey. I complained to M6 Toll and they just directed me to Highways etc. I just feel like Im being pushed around until I go away.

I am updating my review following further correspondence with the M6 Toll complaints team.
My original complaint related to the toll price display signs appearing blank when I entered the M6 Toll near Cannock. I believed it was important for drivers to be clearly informed of the charge before entering the toll road. Initially, my complaint was rejected, despite the possibility of a power issue affecting the signage being acknowledged.
After pursuing the matter further, the complaint was reviewed again. I was subsequently informed that some of the information previously provided to me was incorrect, and a full refund was approved. I was also advised that additional training would be provided to the staff involved regarding complaint handling and the management of the road.
While I remain disappointed that the issue was not resolved correctly at the first stage, I appreciate that the company took the time to review the matter thoroughly, acknowledged the error, and agreed to issue a refund. I also appreciate the apology that was provided.
For that reason, I have updated my review to reflect the final outcome and the action taken to resolve the complaint.
