Dreadful. They reimaged a laptop and it runs so slowly it is all but unusable but the owner refused to admit that there was anything wrong with it; the technician tried to tell me it may be the operating system causing the problem which is odd since they installed the it. If I'd known how painful dealing with Macguys was going to would have just bought a new laptop.
They couldn't even tell the difference between a broken battery and a damaged charger when I brought it in to ask what was wrong; the technician was so confident he was right and he wasn't.
I regret ever going there and have lost a lot of money for nothing.
I would not recommend them to anyone.

Before Macguys, I had never been to Tooting Beck. It was more than worth it. They were amazing. I was a little nervous as I had no idea who they were, but I read so many of the reviews and decided they sounded legitimate. I cannot stress enough how detailed and helpful they were. My laptop hinge broke late on a Friday and I was in a panic. I walked to this shop half an hour before closing on Friday evening. They were really helpful and calming when I went in, and I got a text just after lunch on Monday to say my laptop was fixed. I was very happy with the service.

Called up on the Saturday before this date and was greeted by a warm and friendly lady on the phone. I was asked a few questions about my MacBook Pro 2019 because of a cracked screen. Was explained the process on the repair and How much it would cost me and the timescale it will take to fix. I took her advice and on Wednesday my MacBook was back to brand new. I can't recommend them any more highly. My go to guys/Lady :) Thank you again.

Had major water damage on my macbook pro logikboard, took a while longer than expected to repair but works smoother than ever now

My MacBook logic board failed and urgently needed to be fixed. Macguys accepted my laptop and within 24 hours had diagnosed it and fixed it whilst also cleaning /fully servicing the machine. The laptop now works perfectly again and having been given a number of months guarantee, I have good confidence in the work that was done. Would strongly recommend Macguys, particularly for jobs that require urgent attention.

The dread of 3 beeps when I turned on my old Mac was taken seriously by the user-friendly staff at Macguys.
They told me what it might be and after leaving a £90 deductible deposit they set about diagnosing the problem.
They called and told me what the issue was - Defective RAM. The whole process was smooth, quick and effective.
The are the place to go for peace of mind and great customer service.

I've had my MacBook Pro for a good 10 years, and so far it has been fine. All of a sudden I could no longer access anything. I found Macguys online, and I took it in one Monday, and collected it on Thursday (the same week). Impeccable service, lovely lady front of house kept me up to date on the process and when it would be ready for collection. Very fair price and I will use this company again. Thank you so much!

After a recent visit to replace the graphic card on my Mac desktop, I could not recommend MacGuys more highly. They explain everything and are quick, efficient and reasonably priced. And so friendly! This is a real Tooting gem.

Took my iPhone in to have the battery replaced. The service was polite, friendly and courteous and I did not need to book the repair. They were also flexible when I needed the phone back a couple of hours later to access my bank.
