Too many containers we have to store
All good except for the amount of containers (styrofoam boxes and cardboard boxes) we end up with, and have to keep somewhere until the next delivery. I would rather have them use plastic bags in the boxes, and take the boxes with them right away.

Thank you very much for your review, we really appreciate it.
When you choose a delivery time when you must be at home for delivery, your goods are packed in bags that are placed in boxes in which our driver transports your goods. On delivery, these bags are removed from the boxes and your goods are handed to you in the bags. If on the other hand, you choose a delivery time when you do not need to be at home (as you have done in this case), your goods will be placed at the front door in boxes.

1) Came 15 minutes before arranged time.
2) Cancelled several items, and the only way we could know they were cancelled was to open up the Faktura and see what was there. If you are NOT delivering some items, there should be a heading in the email or a message in the body of the email.
