Vi tilbyder forskellige muligheder for levering eller afhentning af mad- og dagligvarer, alt efter hvor i landet, du ønsker at få leveret til, og hvad tid på dagen/ugen, du ønsker levering. Antallet ledige tidsrum bedømmes ud fra hvor mange ordrer, vi i gennemsnit modtager i det givne postnummer. Modtager vi så mange bestillinger til et bestemt tidsrum, at varebilen bliver fyldt op, vil dette tidsrum ikke længere være tilgængeligt på vores hjemmeside. We're very sorry to hear that you're having difficulty relying on the availability of our groceries. Naturally, that's not at all the impression we've intended on giving you, (quite the contrary!) and we want to do better.

Until we get a precise estimate from our suppliers on when we can expect our next shipment of a sold-out item, we mark it as "Sold out" on our website, which means we will be stocking this item again in the future, but aren't able to say exactly when.

Should we receive less of an item from our supplier than we've ordered and are expecting to receive, we occasionally find ourselves in the unfortunate situation of not having an ordered item in stock and therefore having to reduce or remove this item from our customer's order. Naturally, this is a last resort, and is only done if we have no alternative course of action.

In the unlikely event that one of the items in your order is sold out, we're able to replace your ordered item with an equivalent item of the same or superior quality (at no change in price), provided you checked the box permitting us to give you "erstatningsvarer" ("replacement goods") in the delivery step of placing your order.
