Not good. My very first food delivery in Denmark
My very first food delivery in Denmark! Good news is that the delivery was on time as scheduled. The bad news was the tomatoes that I had ordered were rotten with mould on! All of the vegetables were on the limit. They went in the bin.

Most of the items were delivered all…
Most of the items were delivered all right. Delivery was on time. However, ordered some fresh strawberries and they were delivered in bad condition and did end up throwing them away.

Good overall - some delivery issues
Easy to use. It was easy to contact customer service and they were very helpful. Though I had some issues with the delivery - it arrived late and they did not reach out to me prior. Also, when it did arrive, they did not succeed to call on door or phone and I had to meet them at the front gate.

Good experience with the order and delivery
The website is easy to use and there were no issues with the order. There is no delivery cost if the order is above 1000 kr which is very convenient. The delivery was prompt and during the planned time slot. The driver was also very nice and efficient and the products delivered were of high quality.

CoopMad invoices, not deliver and do not react to complains
Check Coop mad has invoiced but not delivered 6 bottles of vine. I wrote to customer service (SLA on returning to customer 3 days), but 3 days passed with no answer.
Check well your bills!
