Highly recommend

High high quality furniture! Very happy with the armchairs I bought (Trudy), the quality is amazing. They are super comfortable. And so beautiful. Received so many compliments.
Great service by the delivery team too. Very friendly, very helpful.
And the chairs were very easy to assemble.

Delivery issues but products (so far) are nice

The products that I have so far received are fine, but a few issues with delivery.
Firstly, the chest of drawers I ordered came in two boxes. Only one was delivered by DPD and it turned out that it should not have been sent with them as the second box was too big, so has had to be returned to Made.com to be sent out again with the correct delivery method. I have to say the team on Facebook messenger have been very responsive and helpful at keeping me updated about this.
Secondly, when I ordered the outdoor furniture set, it said that the delivery would be made last week, but turns out that I had to book an appointment with a delivery company who did not have availability for 2 weeks. It would be useful if this would be made clearer and not give a delivery date which is no where near correct and I am away at their first availability so having to wait even longer for it.

Crap customer service!!!

Crap customer service!!! My order was not delivered and contacting customer service has been near impossible! I was able to reach them via chat and that function is no longer available. So far no updates on where the goods are. So frustrating!!!

Boone chairs arrived damaged twice

I have ordered two Boone chairs. From payment to delivery it took almost two month. When opening the package I noticed that the chairs were used (chipped paint, markings from previous assembly, smears).
The customer service was helpful and promised a replacement. The replacement took another 14 weeks. Again the chairs arrived damaged (chipped paint, scratched) and seemed of overall low quality (uneven surfaces, poorly painted).
The customer service was friendly but very slow with its initial response. Given the experience with the first two deliveries - long waiting time for receiving a damaged product - MADE's offer to replace the chairs yet again was not an option for me. Alternatively I was offered a partial refund of 25€ or a 50€ voucher. A 10% refund for a flawed product, after a six month long hassle with countless emails to customer service is not sufficient.

Made.com were very helpful with return

Made.com have been amazing. Even when an expensive wardrobe was wonky when constructed, they arranged pick up the next day a full refund.

Modern and fancy

I love this store, it is expensive but the quality is worth it! Totally and the style is awesome. And when they have sales is the moment to buy buy buy cuz you can save a lot! I recommend this shop to all the people!

Extreme delays, no information and bad communication

My order has been delayed 2 or 3 times, ordered in November and it's almost May still nothing. on the date of delivery that was already delayed twice, they didn't contact me to let me know there will be another delay. I had to contact them and they said there will be 1 more month of delay. on the new date I contact them and they fail to provide any information at all, saying they will contact their "logistics" which takes 2-5 days to reply, what kind of company takes 2-5 days to give the status of an order? I am shocked by how little attention and care they give in providing information.

All in all a good experience

All in all a good experience.

Shipping to Switzerland was well done. Heavy furniture (Tables, sofas, benches, etc.) were shipped using AB customs and brought up into the apartment and placed in the desired room.

Certain products on their website were only available in 10 - 15 weeks and their ETA, once shipped, wasnt exact.

The products, sadly, all seem to be made in China, which, for a European company selling at European prices, is not good. Quality wise, its not bad, but I expected more. Whilst some products show no flaws, others have clear signs of poor craftsmanship (misalignment of table halfs or unfinished / poor wood work on the underside of the table).

I hope they follow in the footsteps of IKEA when it comes to furniture production and nearshore to European partners that can offer better quality.

for nothing at all

I waited half a year for a lamp which was first delayed, then had a problem with dhl and now can not be redelivered because it is sold out. Cannot recommend.

Good

I am satisfied with the furnitures 100%, but not satisfied with AB Customs handling the shipping. Delays 3-4 weeks and no response to my inquiry from their side. Shipments that are handled by DHL on the other hand, came quickly.

Never think to return an item which you don’t like

I had bought 2 pillows (30€) and I wanted to return them. The total order was 117€ (Including 10€ shipping)!
I had to pay in addition 8€ for the return and as a refund I took back 7€!
Be careful and do not use this site!!!
They are trying to get as much money as the can! If you don’t like a product it’s better to donate it…
I gave 18€ total shipping and I didn’t get my money back…! A total dissatisfaction

Nice Bed from Made.com, but delivery issues

We ordered a bed from Made.com, the quality was very good, a little difficult to put together as some of the pre-drilled holes were not there. There was an issue however with the original delivery - one of the pieces was missing and was never delivered. After trying to contact someone about this, someone finally reached out, and organised to cancel the order and re-order the bed again. This time the delivery was timely and no issues
