We ordered a table that was damaged once we got it, so we had the choice to send it back and wait for a new one or get a 50€ discount on the damaged table. Since the table costs over 800€ we obviously sent it back. 50€ discount for a damaged table was ridiculous. Then we had to wait a couple of weeks for the new table. The new table arrived and all in all it is fine. But not worth the 800€. But that is not the point. Overall the whole experience with MADE was just very disappointing. We can say that we won't be ordering anything anytime soon since the only compensation they offered for everything was 20,- in form of a voucher for our next purchase. When you order the newsletter on their website you get 15€ discount on your next purchase so 20,- is absolutely laughable. We had to wait weeks only to receive a damaged item. And then wait again.

We had a big order on Jan 3rd. We are still missing two key pieces and haven’t been told anything about a delivery date yet (we were told initially, products would be sent on March 14th).
Products that did arrive are of average quality, the couch is an absolute joke.
All in all an extremely disappointing experience. :(

Absolutely disgusting money grabbers.
The same item was on sale for 130 euros, was about to buy and then said unavailable. Now the same lamp is on the site at 255 euros. So it is available they’ve just hiked up the price. I have photo evidence to prove it. My experience of Made has been appalling. Terrible customer service & making a mockery of customers. Disgusting behaviour.
Once something goes on sale it’s on sale and then it’s gone when it’s sold - you don’t say it’s sold out and then put it back on at full price. Gross.

Very low quality product. Not easy to assembly! It's really cheap furniture. And the worst part is that an order made beginning of September 2021 was finally delivered mid March 2022. Their customer service is completely inexistent. I would never recommend to buy anything from Made.com
Also all the communications are in German, in Switzerland we have 3 official languages and was impossible to receive a single communication in French, Italian or even English.

I am happy with my experience with made.com: fortunate to be in a city with the showroom, so I went there to look at the piece of furniture I liked in real life. There consultants answered all possible questions and were friendly and professional. Then delivery also worked as planned, communication was straight forwrd, I know what to expect. Now my home looks more cozy and is more comfortable. Thanks for all to everybody involved!

Ordered a bed during Black Friday sales for a really good price. The shipping date had been estimated for early February. We did wait until March to receive it, but it was mainly due to the shipping issues–which we were informed of. Shipping went smoothly and the delivery people brought it into our flat and took the carton packaging with them, which was very appreciated. The building instructions are clear and easy to follow, and the pieces are well organised and labelled. Quality so far is excellent and the wood feels great to the touch. Although we did wait a significant time for our bed, I would def wait again for a furniture piece I love this much. Would recommend if you like quality over speed, and would def shop again.

For Switzerland website is available only in german. Just to let you know not everyone in switzerland speaks german. Products are good (but you cannot understand the description), delivery fast (but not every information can be google translated).

Very poor customer service and poor communication. My sofa was delivered many months later than it should've been, they failed to inform me properly. I ordered the sofa in July 2021 and it arrived in January 2022! One customer service agent said that I could receive compensation - i have the email from them, but they explained that i had to wait until i received the sofa in order to claim the compensation. Surprise, surprise, they've been ignoring all my emails since i received the sofa to claim my compensation. It's now March! Terrible.
