Great paints, Emily was very helpful

Reading other reviews thought I would be chasing for delivery and response. Ordered Sunday received Wednesday. Thank you for the prompt service. Won’t hesitate to recommend you to family and friends.

"Mad paint" firstly couldn't find my paint code using reg number. Once that was sorted, paint wasn't dispatched until 4 days later. Then turns up and part of the order is missing. Customer service was very unhelpful. I've now got my truck in the garage prepped and waiting for primer to show up!

Do not use this company, after receiving the paint and after waiting for weeks, i then carefully followed all the instrucutions and it turns out that paint is black and not silver, i am now left with black lines on a silver car and will have to pay severeal hundred for it to be put right.Please, Please Please do not use the rip off company.

Absolutely awful ..watery and NOT a match at all. £45 spent and really really poor.

Took my reg number, told me they had the paint then charged me for it.
Couple of days later I get an email saying they need the paint code (after already selling me the paint) I get them the paint code. Couple of days later another email saying they can’t mix this paint after all and I can have my money back in a week or so 🤦🏻‍♂️

Feels like a scam, take your money and keep it till some other customer gives them more to pay you back and the cycle will continue. I’ll avoid in future.

Ordered paint from Mad Paint on 21st May, two weeks later no sign, no tracking information on the Evri tracking code. Completely pointless ordering from this company a weekend job is now taking weeks waiting for paint.

When Mad Paints couldn’t find the correct colour from the reg No, they guided me through trying to find the VIN, the paint then arrived a few days later. Kind, helpful and over and above the call of duty for such a little order. I would recommend them.

Ordered the paint after supplying the code which identified the correct vehicle and colour. Received email confirming the order and dispatch the same day. Over a week later I hadn’t received the paint so emailed to query. I was advised they’d emailed me the same day as I’d ordered to advise they couldn’t supply the paint without the code! I never received this message and due to the delay I requested a refund.
I then received another email to tell me that they could send a replacement as the first one should have been received!! I again requested a refund which has now been actioned after almost three weeks of messing around.
I wish I’d read the reviews of this company before I placed my order as I would have steered clear and gone straight to the dealer instead!

Ordered paint almost 3 weeks ago.

Upon asking for a refund they said the paint was on its way and the first one was lost. When emailed asking for a tracking number just totally no regards for customer service. Shocking service and will not be ordering again. Disgrace

Ordered paint. They could not supply it without a photo of the paint code from my vehicle.
Paint was eventually despatched.
Paint did not arrive.
I chased it up . . .
Two weeks later I am informed a second bottle has been despatched.
Three weeks in and the second bottle has not arrived either. We never have delivery problems here - Post Office are good, local couriers all seem reliable.

So I am afraid I threw my teddy out of the pram and asked for a refund (and that email has never received the courtesy of a response), therefore I was irritated enough to raise a case with the credit card company I had used for the purchase.

And the tiny little bottle of paint arrived the next day.
Call me cynical?
Perhaps, but I do not believe in coincidences. Will not use this company again.

Trustworthy and reliable company. Any questions I had were answered straight away. After using other companies that had let me down previously I was apprehensive at first but they helped me achieve a perfect colour match. Exceptional service, highly recommend.

Brought the full touch up box with accessories. Arrived quick with good instructions to sort out a few stone chips on my car 👍

So happy with this company staff so helpful, and respond very fast to email. Paint very well colour match, delivery with in the time given. Would highly recommend.

Needed some assistance with respraying a panel of my car, I called MAD Paints and spoke to Emily, she was so helpful and patience and explained everything to me step by step, all the paint supplied was top quality, couldn’t recommend enough! Thankyou

Colour “match” is nowhere near!
Paint has very little pigment in it, does not cover like it should. Paint cans spit everywhere. I have ruined the bumper I spent days preparing. Now I will have to find the correct colour from elsewhere.

These guys customer service stinks. Sent me faulty paint and when I tried to contact them they blanked me. Absolutely crap service.

Ordered a reg matched paint and it's nowhere near. Might as well have just bought any random shade. Looked shocking. Wiped it off with acetone and found a colour match elsewhere.
