Overall great response from the helpdesk with an Italian holding thrown in for good measure. I have no less then 4 people respond from two different countries. In truth I feel this help request should not have been needed but the response was the best I could have expected.

My device (flex) become faulty
My device (flex) become faulty. Opened a ticket with support team. They got access to my laptop trying few things. Within 30min they provide a shipping form for my device. As soon as my device was delivered to them within hours they let me know that my device is faulty and will be replaced with a new one. Now all good and back working. Thanks magic motorsports team

Lately the flex
Lately the flex, many ECUs cannot be written via OBD, for example, BMW with EDC17C41 block, there is also no virtual file offer! Recently, a BMW F10 520D 2014 release arrived to program it. I connected via OBD and downloaded the virtual file, after making the modification, I wrote the modified file via OBD, but the engine could not be started! It's good that I had read the ECU bench modification before, because if I hadn't done it, I wouldn't have a program with which to start the engine.
There have been a lot of errors recently, please pay more attention to this, my master's reputation depends on it, and I can lose customers!
