I’ve been dealing with Magic Motorsport for a few months now, and I can honestly say they are top-notch. I recently bought their gear and it is awesome—everything works great and meets expectations.
Their customer service is just as impressive. Diego has been great to work with, and Daniel was actually the first person I spoke to—both were very helpful and professional throughout the process.
The team in Italy also did an unlocking service for me, and the experience was smooth and reliable. Overall, this is a solid company with excellent support and products.

Very disappointed by the helpdesk team
Very disappointed by the helpdesk team. I’ve opened a ticket on Thursday regarding a Virtual Read to be added for my Sid212 SW version as it wasn’t unlocking my ecu. They said yes please wait. That was mid day. At the end of the day they said sorry it take a little bit of time to be added but it will be definitely be done on Monday due to 1st of May closed and a queue. I wasn’t happy that I have to keep customer vehicle for so long but I had to wait. Monday around 5pm I asked for an update and they can only say please wait, is a queue and you have to wait. Not even a timeframe. Even that I’ve been told previously that on Monday for sure it will be done. Not happy at all. This is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL from them and it makes me look bad in the eyes of my customer. I might even loose him as a customer. Not happy at all.
