This is by far the best kitchen helper I ever bought! I use it at least 5 times a week or more! Changed from Magimix 4200xl to cookexpert and it is simply brilliant. Great receptors available with book, app or online!

Had Magimix food processors for years…the quality is second to none and they just last and last, however hard you use them. I recently bought a newer machine and the customer care and service has been excellent. I simply cannot fault Magimix and I’d strongly recommend any of their products.

I recently contacted Magimix UK regarding a problem with my machine.The team replied very quickly and the problem was resolved.They were very helpful and I would be very confident to contact them again with any queries.
I would say the quality of the staff is of as high a standard as the quality of the machine and would recommend both.

We bought a Magimix food processor back in Feb 2021 and one of the blades became warped. When approaching the store where the item was purchased we were told the fault would not be covered under the guarantee.
We decided to contact Magimix direct and was helped by Jenny who I can only describe as excellent. She helped us with getting a replacement blade as well as an accessory box. The contact via email was superb with all mails sent being responded to either on the same day or next. A lesson to be learnt by other companies out there.
Would totally recommend this company. The products and service is excellent.

Back in May 2022, I wrote a very complimentary review about the great service I had received from Magimix. I have been in touch with them since for advice on food processor usage, and still have nothing but the highest regard for them. Their people are passionate about their products, and they reach out to consumers to try and help those who post negative reviews on here. However, I don't see any of reposts with positive updates. It must be very hard when you try to offer help but don't get the response you might deserve. I use my food processor practically every day and couldn't be happier, and the advice I have had from Magimix's customer service people has been top drawer. I am glad to help their cause by adding another 5 star review.

This is some machine! I do most of the cooking at home and this has changed my life. From chopping & slicing, to making sauces, soups and dips. It's like having my own sous chef!

Absolutely shocking, I've order a magimix 3200xl from Nisbets. I try to use it and it seems dead.
I contacted the costumer service and they void my Warranty it was purchase with a business account, and apparently the machine is for home use only.
Someone can explain me why they sen a faulty machine and wont't admit is their fault??
I'm gutted, don't buy it!!!

Appalling customer service not fit for purpose just like the Magimix 316 Compact that I bought recently and the bowl and lid got completely stuck. Luckily Curry's had an excellent customer service and I was promptly refunded. I will not buy another Magimix in case the same thing happens again - disappointing.

I recently ordered a food processor for my daughter but inadvertently put in the wrong address for shipping. I immediately contacted Magimix and they replied very quickly and said it wasn’t a problem, just send them through the correct address and they would ensure the product was dispatched to that address. It is refreshing to have a customer service who are, not only helpful but will actually solve the problem. Really impressive service. Thank you Magimix.

I emailed with a problem with my 4200XL food processor last Sunday and within 5 days have had my replacement parts delivered today (Friday).
I’m so glad I contacted, as I’ve been having problems with lid shutting for some time. I was over the moon with the service I received and looking forward to going back to enjoy using my machine.

I'm not sure why Magimix has so many negative reviews for their customer service - I had a delivery issue (was DPDs fault) which I had lots of feedback about, many updates about progress and have been kept informed every step of the way. I've been very happy with my purchase. In terms of the Blender, it works well and I've had no issues so far.

Treated myself at last to a Magimix 4200xl Food processor. I’ve been using it a month and it does not disappoint. I’ve made bread dough, cakes, and perfect pastry. I’m loving it. There is a recipe book inside the box to get you started and I’ve just discovered the app which has lots of recipes to try. I’ve often seen it used on cooking programmes and I can see why. Brilliant product.

I recently purchased a Magimix blender from my local John Lewis store. It is everything I expected, you can buy cheaper products but decided to splash out on a brand that would last a long time.
The blender is covered by a 30 year motor guarantee. This is reassuring as we wont need to put this into land fill anytime soon.
I've already put my blender to the test by making some lovely smoothies and crushed ice for my afternoon cocktail.
Great product Magimix, this compliments by food processor which I bought 15 years ago.
I recently bought a toaster from this company and I'm really impressed. It's seethrough so no more burnt toast. Would recommend.
Love my Cook Expert! Traded in my 30 year old food processor and received £300 off. I've used it every day since and love it the more and more I use it. Delivery was fast and no problems at all.
I ordered a very expensive food processor from this company to try and deal with the company directly rather than using Amazon. That was a big mistake. The item arrived a day late and broken. And I am now being told it will be 2 weeks for them to just receive the return and then they can begin to process a replacement item. I'll never buy anything from this company again. Awful.

I purchased a magimix blender as I thought that the name would guarantee a good machine that would outlive other previously purchased products. Unfortunately it failed to live upto its expectation, and had smoke pouring out of the bottom within 3 months of use.
