Phone was answered quickly and arrangement for a replacement cleaner at short notice was organised.

I contacted Maid2Clean on behalf of my parents over a year ago. We met our cleaner and agreed a schedule. A year on and we have no regrets, Funke is reliable, kind, flexible and very hard working. We would be lost without her. Maid2Clean contact us regularly to check how things are going which gives us peace of mind.

Great service and friendly customer support

My current cleaner is amazing. She is pleasant, works hard and is always available to do my clean. She also helps me changing my sheets.

I have had no dealings with the company since I employed one of the cleaners they recommended.She has proved to be a reliabe and trustworthy person whoo carries out the nececessary work without requiring a lot of supervision. She also has apleasnt and engaging manner. This in itself speaks for the companies selection process but I cannot comment on their back up since I have not had an need to use it.

Extremely poor service.
After trying a couple of cleaners they've all left hours early after doing basically nothing while being extremely rude.
I thought I just had some bad luck with the first one so I tried the second one which was just as bad.

There may be some good ones but I wouldn't take the risk.

Avoid at all costs.

1st cleaner = seemed like she hadn't ever cleaned before. We had to explain how to plug in a hoover.

2nd cleaner = much better, but would often cancel last minute and provide a list of excuses. We moved cleaners as the staff told me she was marked on their system as "avoid".

3rd cleaner = didn't show up

4th cleaner = didn't show up

I can only conclude that there is a large disconnect between the workers on the telephone who organise cleaners and the cleaners themselves. They were never in sync.

This disorganisation causes issues.

Multiple times we had cleaners not turn up or cancel, and the staff on the phones had no idea, and would often blame the cleaners in a condescending tone.

I had higher expectations for this company compared to the likes of Housekeep, but the trust I had has been shattered.

The company were very professional in all my dealings with them. They took time to listen to what I required in a cleaner, and it worked hard to find me a good match.

Everywhere looked lovely and clean. Cleaner arrived on time and did everything that was required.
