Everything was great

Hey guys, first of all I truly love my B52 pro workout machine. It functions great and for the price, I think the quality is up there. This is why I never gave anything a bad review. I truly love it and use it 6 days a week. It is life changing have so many workouts at home. My only problem is with the leg extension attachment. I spent nearly $400 on it and it is So awkward. There is really no good way to sit and it rolls up your shins. Honestly I often feel like I'm going to get hurt, (and I am in pretty good shape) every time I use it. It's just so awkward. If you have, not try it for yourself and see. I still need leg extensions in my workout so I am going to use it anyway and be careful but it is pretty bad for leg extensions. I hope this review only goes to you as I do not want to do anything to damage your reputation. Just felt I had to be honest. It feels like $400 that was not spent well. Sorry guys

Good product. Some of the weights came dinged up, which was disappointing and caused delays in assembly. Other than that it has been a great addition to my home gym

Overall, the experience and equipment purchased was decent. The equipment works well and meets expectations. Your free weights/plates are well made and easy to use. I feel for the value you pay, having parts of the system come scratches/blemishes shows a lack of quality control and disappointment on the consumers part. I was also shocked how the directions to build the system give zero descriptive detail and are poorly printed leaving the consumer guessing and using trial and error to build their Major Fitness system.

Great equipment and a great company! I started with a B52 and have been upgrading and adding equipment and accessories….everything I have purchased so far has been awesome! Just upgraded to the weight stack….that was a game changer for my workouts!!

Great overall experience with Major Fitness. Call center was super helpful in putting my rack together and were extremely quick in resolving a small issue. Rack was easy to build and it works great!

The bench back came defective. The base had punctured a hole in the side and back of the bench back piece. I reached out to customer support twice via their website (email). I never received a response. I paid good money for this bench. It should be perfect.

For as much as the machine cost they could make sure the parts are made correctly. The man lifting bar was clearly not even welded correctly one side has more space than the other so my husband had to change one of the parts just so it could be used which I don’t think should even have to happen as we paid for a fully functioning machine. Would not recommend.

Customer service was helpful when we reached out. One package was a bit delayed so out of our own excitement, we were bummed to have to wait on one box. It arrived a week after the others. We love the machine! It went together smoothly and the quality is great. We can't wait to add on other elements. Our only complaint is that the weight plate holders are on the back so we left them off. It would require too much clearance to use them and have space to take them on/off. We did know this before we purchased based on other reviews. I don't know on what situation these would be usable.

I was perplexed after the machine was assembled , that I read several negative reviews. Receiving four 100 pound boxes at first is overwhelming , but I was amazed how well everything was packaged & organized. I took my time & watched videos & all was very easy. Use a drill/drill hex nut & adjustable wrench. The machine is beyond solid quality & checks all the boxes. I should have purchased years ago & the easy part was assembling the machine… No more smelly & crowded gyms for me.

The Major Fitness F-22 is a game changer that allowed me to go from a casual workout to the next level. Love everything about it. I was in a sports store looking at a simple weight bench and a guy came up and said do yourself a favor and invest in a Major Fitness B-52 or F-22, it will be a game changer. He was so right and I am grateful for his advice. Thanks Major Fitness!

Product is solid now that everything is installed, but the process to get there was frustrating. I dealt with missing parts, a defective Smith bar, and a replacement that was lost in transit, which caused significant delays. Customer service eventually made it right with a replacement and partial refund, but it took time and follow-up. Overall, good equipment, but expect some bumps with fulfillment and quality control.

The items I bought were delivered on time and in good condition
