Credit where credit is due. First time I purchased from Majormobiles. I was a little dubious about the price of the MacBook Air I bought considering it was about £250 less than anywhere else. I thought maybe it would be reconditioned or something but no. Pleasantly surprised that it was delivered 12 hours after purchase. Brand new and sealed box. So what I think is that it’s a US version as it came with an adapter. Makes no difference to me, Apple have power plugs that are modular so it was no problem to use an existing wall plug with the supplied power cable. I will definitely have a look on this site for any future tech.

I got a great price from Major Mobiles on a new iPad mini 7. I received email confirmation and proper UK invoice. Fast delivery, well packaged.
My experience with Major Mobiles was totally positive.

I purchased an iPhone from MajorMobiles via onbuy. It arrived last week it is clearly a phone that is supposed to look like an iPhone but is a complete counterfeit. The phone will not turn on. The usb c cable does not fit into the port. The SIM card slot does not open. The bevelled casing around the camera lens is not part of the casing - it popped off as it was stuck down with two dabs of glue.
I have since purchased a genuine iPhone and the text and print quality on the back of the box it totally different.

They have stated that I can’t prove that the fake phone I have is the item I received! They have stopped responding to my messages.

Avoid this seller and OnBuy.

We ordered five iPads for our Saturday club. Easy to order. They'd run out of one of the colours, so called to check if another would be acceptable which was fine by us. Delivery was quick and I was able to track delivery time. Well packaged in perfect condition. Would recommend.

Good value/price but delivery was delayed for over a week.couldn’t phone the customer services number as it has been disconnected.

Bought a tablet almost a year ago from major mobiles and under their 2 year guarantee. I requested a fix as it suddenly stopped working. Instead of replying to request form I submitted on their website I just got nothing. I then went on to emailing them directly and still, nothing. Can't speak for the products as they are great but the 2 year guarantee and contact service is non existent.

My new iPad is great and was very reasonably priced, the only downside with the company was the lack of communication.I sent a few emails wondering whether it had been shipped and eventually received a message that the blue ones were out of stock and weren’t expected for weeks,I was offered a silver one, delivered the next day ,which I was happy to accept. It arrived on time and well packaged . I wouldn’t hesitate to order from Major Mobiles again

I can’t see any tracking. I have emailed twice and not got a reply. I’m starting to feel that I need to report the company as a scam. It’s been 10 days since I ordered. And there’s no one to speak to.

I bought an iPhone from here fair enough they didn’t have the one I wanted as was out of stock but to be honest the one I got instead is better and my granddaughter was really happy with it.
So yes they helped me out and really happy with the service I received and would definitely recommend this company. Thank again.

Max contacted me by phone to give me options as the product was out of stock. I was impressed with the efficiency. I purchased an iPad 2025 11" - I was concerned it wouldn't arrive in time for my daughters birthday. Max & Melanie organised next day delivery for no additional cost. Would definitely use this company in the future.

We purchased a 9th generation ipad it worked perfectly for 13 months then shut down and wouldnt open. I have emailed several times to the company and phoned so many times I cannot remember! Yesterday I took it in to Apple Store and was told it is an American product and cannot be repaired! I am gutted. The warranty therefore is not valid because I cannot contact them. I tried this company to save some money. My old ipad now 12 years old still works but wont update.

took my money instantly, sent me invoice instantly (automated system i think), humours "FAQ" section, confident selling in "ABOUT US" (typical me - if a business is funny, should have just laughed) BUT READ what have happened NEXT:

never sent me the phone, sent them 3 emails asking if i can pay for next day delivery, no reply.

call the registered business number - automated reply of incorrect number, of course.

sent another email asking i want to cancel the order, obviously no reply either.

then send me the email to review them here, I guess another automated system, let see if trustpilot will keep my review.

I ordered a Samsung S9 fe. Opened it within the 30 day return/refund time scale. The tablet is faulty (having spoken with Samsung technical who ran a diagnostics) so I have requested to return it via the major mobiles website portal (more than once) plus via various emails. They are just not responding and it's now outside the 1-2 business days as stated on the website. I tried calling the phone number 01612980770 and it just says I've dialled an incorrect number even though it's the phone number on the invoice and on trust pilot. The address on the invoice is different to the one on the website. I called companies house to see if they had a different number they could not locate the business under either of the addresses so not sure which address I should be returning it to. On the advice of trading standards via the Citizens Advice Bureau I have resorted to sending my return request as a letter via special delivery (which includes copies of the various emails, screenshots of the online portal submitted message and photos of the faults) to the address on the website at a cost of £8.75, just so I have proof the letter has been delivered and signed for within the 30 day time period stated on their website. I will update this review when I get a response.
Update: Still no response from Major Mobiles even though its been 6 business days.
The letter I sent by special delivery was returned back to me saying it was sent to wrong address even though Royal mail GPS said it was correct. I resent the letter for a second time via recorded delivery (at an additional cost of £5.60 ) on Friday and on checking the Royal mail tracking it again is being returned to me saying sorry we were unable to deliver this item.
