Excellent candles

I was looking for something different for Xmas gifts and theses were just perfect, so many choices for friends and family, the website is very easy to use and delivery arrived very quickly, I have already reordered more candles and won’t hesitate to buy more in the future

Makester candles

Makester candles are excellent if you put in a few details about your pet they make a lovely poem up that tells you a story about your little dog and they are surprisingly accurate I love them and I highly recommend them and they smell lovely

Well worth buying

Ordered twice for my wife ( she does the candle thing) . We got the cocker spaniel one which she really likes and said it had great smell. We’ve now ordered three for Christmas gifts. Orders arrive promptly, well packaged and undamaged . Definitely recommend Makester products.

Lovely product

Prompt delivery, well packaged and beautifully boxed as these were for gifts. I had two sets of three candles ordered and am very happy with them as Christmas gifts

Highly recommend!

I have ordered a few times now.
Beautiful candles. They smell lovely, burn evenly and the packaging is perfect if giving the candle as a gift.
Delivery was prompt and the candles were well packaged.
I definitely recommend.

Misleading

Misleading. Poor Customer Support!I followed a link to order a candle ,at checkout it said ‘buy2 get 1 free’ I therefore ordered 2 assuming Iit would qualify for a free candle to give as a present! I did NOT receive a Free candle. I contacted customer services who insist I should have ordered 3 candles to qualify . I DID NOT see this instruction . The company have refused to send me the missing candle ,saying their system is automated !
I have also found the marketing misleading in that I understood the candles were made in the UK , on receipt I find the base of the candle says MADE in CHINA .
Very disappointed but have learned a valuable lesson !

Regarding the country of origin, the information is listed in our product details, and we will double check that it is always clear and consistent.
