I placed an order for a foot cream
I placed an order for a foot cream, but Evri failed to deliver the parcel. At first, there was a notice about a delay, and later the delivery was cancelled altogether. Communication with them was excellent—they responded the very next day. I received a refund. I then placed a second order for a La-Le cream. The parcel was dispatched and, after a few days, was ready for collection at an Evri pickup point. I'm very satisfied. Thank you.

So.. As I see completely mixed feedback here, I thought I will add from me. I do like to check trustpilot when ordering from new website for the first time and reviews here confused me a lot! I did order 3 x body oil from Orientana. They all arrived within few days, all well packed and good. No problems at all with my order. Hope this feedback will help those undecided if to use this page :) I could see that negative feedbacks are from other countries than UK - I an confirm - I am in UK and all was good :)

Blatant miss-selling and refusal to refund
I ordered a Diptyque perfume Broach Refill and when the package arrived, the receipt stated that's what it was so obviously, I proceeded to open it. I've never ordered a refill for this before so didn't know what is was supposed to look like until I opened the box. Inside was a different product entirely. I wrote to them with pictures, of the receipt, and the product, and did everything they asked so they could assess the issue. They just keep telling me that now the product is open, they cannot take it back or give me a refund. There is no acknowledgement of the fact they supplied me with the wrong item which I could only know once I'd opened the product. They are thieving bast*rds, with no regard for customer service.

Just had my first order delivered after being a bit dubious after reading some reviews, but thought it was worth the risk with it being such reasonable prices compared to elsewhere. Would just like to say that goods are perfect, no fakes, and delivered without issue. Will be ordering again soon.

*** This is an update to the 1* review I previously left. I called the company on Monday and spoke to a not overly helpful lady who said my parcel had possibly been lost by the courier and they’d wait to see then refund me. I contacted my bank who opened a case and refunded me. However, yesterday I got an email from Evri advising they had my parcel and it has just been delivered. The perfume is exactly what I ordered and at a brilliant price. But the stress of it all even for only £35 was probably not worth it, but I most definitely wasn’t scammed so I’m happy to take that back and very happy to have been wrong

Very good, the price was competitive, the items were sent correctly and well packaged. A receipt was included. Less than a week from ordering to delivery from Warsaw to UK.

Broken seal
I ordered and received a hair mask with a broken seal! Clearly opened with products smeared all over. I contacted the company and all they did was repeatedly ask for photos.

Lashcode serum was purchased because of its claim to be hypo allergenic and non irritating. In fact it caused lots of irritation and allergic reaction! They would not accept returns for a refund and lash code were not interested

Also, used a paper thin box. I sent back damaged items but when comes to refund so much drama, kept ignoring. Company office in Poland and items handle by evri uk, company has no control of anything total mess. Don’t waste your time to order anything. Worst experience ever :(((

You reported one of the four lipsticks as damaged, and we requested return of the item in line with our standard procedure so we could inspect the product and process any appropriate resolution. As only one product was claimed to be faulty, we asked for the return of that specific item.

Stay away from this company
One star is much much much more than they deserve. After being sent a item which is leaking.. and 85% leaked off to parcel, other items smashed, I asked for a replacement or refund. After more than a week dispute in emails, sending lot of proofs in photos, they have a pity to say that didn't see a problem! Instead of professional behavior, I got attitude you'd expect from a scammers! Shame on you!

I've sent so many photos of damaged product, wet box, product barcodes, and after all of that you still requesting more and more evidence..it's insane. Leeking was so big that I've tried to rescue my laptop and desk! instead of making stupid video. After sending all of proofs which you asking, after emails dispute with your crap company which took me month, and receiving ignorant answer that "we don't see any leakage" "we don't see any problem on photos". I decided to give up, because I'm not used to argue with stupid people. Luckily for me, it wasn't been big costs (around 15f)
Don’t waste your time people. It's not worth your time, dealing with so crap and unprofessional company.

They have still not sent my refund after a month and when the email me back they just repeat that they are looking into it . I have had to take it further for them to be investigated for their bad conduct . Do not shop on their site they responded saying they had not got evidence of return but this is a total lie as l have got evidence that the package gs been returned. Great products & quick delivery
I’m not sure why this company has such bad reviews. I only read them after spending £50 on two tubes of hair colour and was stressed! But their communication was great & shipping was speedy. One of the only brands that sell Kevin Murphy hair colour which is great too. Ignore the bad reviews, I would definitely recommend!
