I have ordered Stars From The Stars Moonkissed Baked Blush 03 Pink Loveliness. I ordered it 09.01.2026 and it has been delivered by Evri on 15.01.2026. It is very well packed in a box and paper to secure it, not like other companies just put it in to the plastic bag. Brand new. Very nice baby pink lilac blusher. This company it is not a scam. It is based in Poland In Warsaw. There is a phone number on their website. They are not scam. All very fast, very well packed, brand new. 6 days delivery from Poland. Thank you. Will definitely use again.

Despite my wife having reservations about ordering from Makeup due to a few bad reviews, I placed an order with them for some Lancaster dry oil suntan lotion.
I can most certainly recommend Makeup to anyone, the prices were better than anywhere else and the items were well packed and delivered in 6 days.

Excellent company
Excellent company ! Just ordered 3 perfumes - no problems with delivery etc. and the perfumes are great. I think a lot of negative reviews may be over length of delivery times, but I'm guessing it's because people haven't noticed this is a Warsaw-based company, so that's only to be expected. No complaints from me - will definitely use again.

Great products and prices, but no delivery options - just Evri - so far 3 of my 5 orders have gone missing at Evri depot and this is a reason I don’t order anymore although Makeup issue refunds, but the whole experience is not worth the hassle

Sadly I had a very bad experience with Makeup UK, EVRI delivered the package late the box was soaking wet & left in front of my front door the bell was not rung and 5 people in the house could confirm. When pulled open two of the items metal containers were badly dented. These were supposed to be xmas presents. I sent photos of the package & contents.
I was asked to re package the torn wet box and damaged goods & arrange with EVRI to collect. Its Christmas i have no present or time now. I do not feel MakeUK were helpful under the circumstances & I am very disserpointed in them. The goods & packaging are now in my waste bin.

Unfortunately, once an order is handed over to the courier, delivery conditions are outside of our direct control. That said, when you contacted us and provided photos of the dented metal containers, we immediately offered to arrange a return at our expense, in line with our standard procedure and courier claim requirements.
To proceed with a claim through the courier, the damaged items and packaging needed to be collected, however we understand that you chose not to return the items and later disposed of them. Without the goods being returned, we were unfortunately unable to process a refund.
If you are still able to return the items at any point, please do not hesitate to contact us, we would be more than happy to review your case and do our best to help.
We appreciate your feedback and sincerely regret that this experience did not meet your expectations.

my order was received 2 days after i made the phone call , so i'm changing my 1 star to 4 . the evri tracking is real bad , it keep showing , not retrievable. products received , well packaging , cheapest online. iam just not sure why its makeup.uk and everting set in Poland ?

Dodgy website
I was searching for Bahara King 200ml, and Google directed me to this website. The price difference of only £3 between the 100ml and 200ml sizes seemed suspicious. Reading the reviews here helped me avoid wasting my time.

Nearly didn’t order
I checked makeup.uk reviews before purchasing. Based on the low score I nearly didn’t place an order but thought I would only be losing £20 odd if it all went wrong.

I was satisfied with the product I bought, but unfortunately it broke. I wanted to buy a spare part for it, I asked for their help with that. After they were also convinced that the water flosser did not work, I sent it back and they refunded the full price within your promised limit. The customer service was excellent, they answered my questions even on Sunday afternoon. Except for the fact that the water flosser broke, which is not Makeup's fault, I was satisfied with their service.
