Used these for my last 2 house sales. The service is second to none. Jessica Brooks was excellent throughout the whole process, she dealt with my queries and any problems promptly and thoroughly. I would highly recommend them.

Dealt with MCFoy for local property purchase. Everyone very polite, efficient and helpful. Managed to process the deal within 12 days despite the efforts of Royal Mail who at one point took 8 days to deliver the contracts 2 miles down the road. Thankfully MCF reprinted the necessary paperwork and I was able to sign off in person at the office.
So 5* for MCF and 0* for Royal Mail.
