I approached Malcolm C Foy to take on the conveyancing on a property I wanted to buy, I was then contacted by Anna Betteridge at the Doncaster branch.
Anna was brilliant throughout out, professional, and so thorough in her work I couldn't believe. As a first time buyer I needed someone to walk me through the process and that was exactly what I got.
I'm now in my new home and that is thanks to Anna and MCF who always had my best interest as a top priority.

Thank you Malcolm C Foy but most of all thank you Anna you were excellent in everything you did.

I have used Malcolm C Foy & Co for multiple house purchases/sales now. My most recent experience was as excellent as previous encounters. The house sale process was acted on quickly when they were instructed. Clear infornation was provided up front regarding who my appointed staff member would be and costs. Communication bia phone or email were responded to on the same day or within 24 hours. From reception staff to Anna Betteridge, and secretary Pam, we received kind and friendly service. Would recommend!

Anna never took longer than a day to respond to any of my calls or emails , she did her best to ensure we moved our side as quick as possible which I was very glad of, I have just used her services to buy a house and I am selling one soon and will use Anna again

I dealt with Anna Betteridge & Pamela Bowes who were absolutely fantastic to deal with and made my house sale a simple and smooth process. We had some challenges with the 3rd party solicitor, but Anna & Pamela really handled the situation brilliantly. They ensured I was kept well informed at the key moments and where necessary cc'd me on the email exchanges with the 3rd party.

Used this firm for conveyancing for past 20 years. Last sale took 6 months. Communication poor and hoped it had improved but after finally getting hold of someone to reassure me about a new instruction decided to go elsewhere.
