Useless support
Ive contacted the support line 3 different times over the course of 7 business days and have received no response, my order was dispatched but I've had no update whatsoever since, it also uses an app called shop to track the order rather than an actual shipping companies tracker.

My judgement on level of service is how satisfied I am in getting a problem resolved. 5⭐️ therefore shows my problem was resolved to my satisfaction. I had problems in using my loyalty points. Over approximately 10 days I was kept informed on progress. Unfortunately the online purchase problem wasn’t resolved in time for the scheme closing but a voucher to points value solved my problem.

Tried to use my reward points to buy a bottle. The website would not allow me to do so. Likely a glitch. Went round in circles with customer service for over a week, including creating a new account. Problem not resolved. A smart solution would have been to just issue me with a voucher for the value of my reward points but no, they appeared fine just not to get the sale.
