We thoroughly enjoyed our buying for baby experience today with Phoebe. She was so personable and kind, and really took the time to explain different product specs, and gave us the room to explore, without pushing us to settle for any products we didn't want or opt for more expensive options. If you are having your first baby, we couldn't recommend this experience enough. The store has plenty of products e.g. pushchairs, to compare, and staff are knowledgeable. It was a pressure free and very relaxed experience throughout. Thank you Phoebe!

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the products and customer service we have experienced from Mamas & Papas over the last two and a half years. Before my son was born, we purchased a range of items from their store, based on the assurance that they were of high quality and designed to last for years. Unfortunately, from day one, we have encountered a series of problems and it has been a nightmare honestly, I'll try to sum it up.
First, the delivery was incomplete, and not all items arrived as promised. Then, the baby bath we purchased, intended to last until he was two, became unusable after just six months. We had to request a replacement. Next, the mattress we bought began forming lumps and was too hard, causing discomfort and back issues for my son. Despite contacting them twice and receiving a replacement, the problem persisted. Most concerning was the buggy, which caused severe back pain for my son, leading us to seek a specialist. While we had to purchase a separate buggy to avoid further harm, the company only offered to replace a minor plastic part, ignoring the fundamental safety issue. Finally, the cot bed, intended to last until he was five, broke after a simple sheet change. When I contacted them, they refused to help, citing the warranty expiration.
I strongly warn potential customers that what was supposed to be a seamless, reassuring experience has been a continuous series of disappointments. Instead of supporting us as we raised our child, we have been left with unsafe, poor-quality products and unresponsive customer service. I hope this serves as a caution for others considering their products.

We had an excellent time at the Mama’s and Papa’s in Exeter (Exebridge) at our Buying for Baby appointment. In particular, Suzie, was so welcoming and made us feel very relaxed as we were quite nervous buying for our first baby. She was fantastic and made it a really special experience. We would highly recommend this branch to other parents.

Helen at Mamas & Papas in Preston was absolutely amazing. She was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful in guiding us through all the baby shopping options and showing us how everything worked. She answered all our questions thoroughly and made what felt like a daunting experience genuinely enjoyable. We’re so grateful for her support and would highly recommend her!

I was approached by Graeme in the Lisburn store a few weeks ago. He couldn’t of been more helpful. He was super knowledgeable about all the products and was able to assist me in finding my perfect bundle.

My wife and I visited Mamas and Papas at Hayes. Palak has helped us go through the alternatives of pushchairs and car seats. She was very helpful. The store manager (can’t remember his name) was also very kind and helped us understand if the pushchairs would fit into our small car.

As first-time parents, visiting the Mamas & Papas Maidstone branch could have felt overwhelming, but Charlotte and Tarry made the whole experience amazing from start to finish. They were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely kind throughout our visit.

They took the time to answer all of our questions, explained everything clearly, and made us feel completely comfortable and supported with such an important purchase journey. Nothing felt rushed, and their advice really helped us feel more confident as new parents.

Mamas & Papas Branch Birmingham Shirley Retail Park, Being a Man Obviously trying to assemble the Icandy Peach 7 Pushchair was very hard for me and my friend as I’ve had no experience in assembling one as it’s my first child. I went today to the store and was Greeted by Sardiyah, Hanna & Christine. I must say what a Lovely Team and amazing service they provided they helped me set up my pushchair within 15-20 Minutes today in store. I’ve never met such lovely people like them 3 Women at the branch they were literally professionals in what they do. They even assisted me with taking the pushchair and remaining bits and bobs of the pushchair to my car. I must say there isn’t any good people out there however these 3 Lovely Staff Members I will give them all the credit in the world. We need more people like them once again Thank you Hanna, Sardiyah & Christine at the Mamas & Papas Branch Shirley Birmingham. All the best!

We came in just for a look around for good luck and we were greeted with such love and kindness from Donna in the Morfa store in Swansea. She was so welcoming and you can truly tell her heart is in the right place and how much she loves helping people through their own journeys. Thank you so much, you really made us feel at ease with such big choices which can definitely be overwhelming!

From previous experience in this store my husband and I have really had our mind put to ease with the advice we have gotten from this store alone.

Enough can’t be said the staff here, Susan who helped us today is a shinning example of the perfect experience for a customer.

From the greeting to letting us have our space to decide what is best for us and then at the drop of a hat was able to come over and help us with our bundle.

Thanks to you Susan it really has helped us and we will certainly be back to shop again.

Special mention to Susan for her assistance today with getting a pram bundle and was able to answer all our questions which really puts your mind at ease talking us through all the ways to pay off our bundle.

The staff in this store even from previous experience cannot be commended enough for the work they put in to make sure during a stressful time they are there to put your mind at ease.

We visited the store twice in the last week and both times were served by Danni. Dannie was amazing and I am so grateful for her advice and support. The Fareham store is beautiful and has so much choice! We did the buying for baby walk in appointment and got ourselves all sorted. Thanks you Danni, you are a credit to that store!

We went to speke store in liverpool Sophie the shop assistant was great, so happy and bubbly and really helped me out. She was dealing with us and another few customers and all of us received the same up beat treatment. I hope she gets the acknowledgment she deserves! Great work!
