We visited Mamas & Papas Thurrock intending to have a quick look at nursery furniture, but ended up browsing the travel systems too. We hadn’t booked an appointment, yet Crystal took the time to help us and completely exceeded our expectations.

As first-time parents, choosing a pram can feel overwhelming, but Crystal was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and enthusiastic. Rather than simply showing us the different models, she explained the features, demonstrated how each one folded and unfolded, talked us through the pros and cons of each travel system, and answered questions we hadn’t even thought to ask. Nothing felt rushed, and she genuinely seemed to enjoy helping us find the right option for our needs.

The service was so outstanding that it completely changed our perception of where we wanted to buy our travel system. We actually had a dedicated 90-minute appointment booked elsewhere the following day, expecting that to be the better experience, but it fell far short of the standard Crystal had set. In comparison, the level of knowledge, care and customer service we received from Crystal was exceptional.

She’s a real credit to Mamas & Papas, and thanks to her we’ll be purchasing our travel system from you. Thank you, Crystal, for making what could have been an overwhelming decision such an enjoyable and reassuring experience.

Went to the Brent Cross store to browse some gifts for my 2 year old niece. The employee - Ravneet - helped a lot and was very kind and welcoming. It also helped that we were similar in age so she also understood my preferences. The product range in that store is amazing, and the clothing lines are also so cute

p.s off-topic, but she was hilarious 😭

Kelly S at Swindon helped us chose the right pushchair for us. She took the time to show us many different models that met our specifications, and was very informative and made us feel no question was a silly one (which as first time parents was needed!). She gave us the perfect mix of attention and space to explore the products ourself, and was really informative. She gave the perfect amount of information without overwhelming us and offered future support if needed resolving a delivery issue of a recent furniture order.

Me and my husband visited the Leeds Birstall store this evening for an appointment with Gail.
From start to finish she was amazing, she gave us her honest advise on products including ones she has used herself, helped us save money on specific items, and put together a bundle of everything we needed. We walked out of the store within an hour having everything purchased very smoothly. 10/10 customer service from Gail, she was so lovely and I could tell she wanted to help us. On top of that she gave us both a Starbucks voucher so we could go for a coffee afterwards. Very happy with our experience and would recommend to anyone considering.

Amazing experience at Team Valley Mamas and Papas. As a very nervous pregnancy woman I couldn’t recommend Lily enough. She was really specific in understanding what we needed that was right for our lifestyle, would give ten stars if I could!

Imogen at the Speke store was amazing. We turned up with no idea what we wanted or needed and she was so helpful. We were talked through everything and left feeling much more prepared and now we have our pram all sorted after a demonstration of everything and a comparison. All our questions were answered. We’re so happy we chose to come into the store for our buying for baby appointment, can’t recommend the appointment and Imogen enough!

Visited Birmingham Gallagher store and had a really great appointment with Sue. She helped answer all of our questions and show us everything from car seats to furniture!

David was an extremely helpful employee!

We went up today for a look as first time parents, we were served by Laura and she gave us a full demo and advice on how to use the prams etc. She was extremely helpful and we will definitely be back up.

Gail from the Birstall store in Leeds was a lovely lady, very pleasant and friendly. She was knowledgeable and helped me make the choices for my baby's nursery furniture. She's a credit to the company.

We attended Gateshead/team valley mamas and papas for a car seat appointment. Debbie helped us she came out to the car to check how baby was sitting in his current car seat as the issue was his head was tilting forward when he was asleep. Our car seat was the issue she showed us different options and helped us fit baby in to see how he was sat.
She has lots of knowledge and told us everything we needed to know.

We came in as first time parents who did not have any idea of what we needed or what we wanted. We booked an appointment which was with Danyelle which is found so useful. We came in not knowing anything and came out knowing what we wanted, what was best for our baby and what was going to be the easiest for us. I highly recommend using their appointment slots and even requesting Danyelle. She put us both at ease and didn’t make us feel any of our questions were a silly question.

Excellent customer service provided by David at the Bluewater Mamas & Papas store.

Monera was fantastic, she was so helpful and answered all of our questions with confidence and reassurance.

We visited to look at prams and spent a good couple of hours with a lovely sales assistant who talked us through all the options really patiently. Based on her advice we chose the Bugaboo Dragonfly, and we were told more than once that our purchase included the carrycot as well as the pushchair seat.

Unfortunately, when the order arrived the carrycot wasn't included, which left us facing an extra £200. To their credit, the team offered a 20% discount once we raised it, so we paid £160 instead. We appreciated that gesture, but it was still a disappointing end to what had otherwise been a positive experience — a clearer explanation of exactly what was and wasn't included would have saved a lot of confusion. Something worth tightening up for other expectant parents making a big purchase.

Emma at the preston store helped us find our dream pram set couldn’t be happier will definitely be returning as the staff are so lovely and helpful.
