ZERO STARS

If I could do zero I would - I have been trying to transfer my pension for nearly 2 months - they have made it difficult at every turn - I've supplied information, emails, messages. None of these things they need legally as I have had no such problems with other companies. AVOID at all costs - impossible to work with.

Too many questions

Am happy to help but it would have been helpful if we knew from
the outset as to how many questions we would be expected to answer. If I had known how long the questionnaire would take to complete, I would not have taken part.
