Quick Delivery. Supported by a phone call. Mannequins not quite what I expected. However I required them to fit Military Uniforms from 1911-14 so I could cut and shape to fit the skinny sizes. So all well and good.

Customer service seems inexistent
The mannequin arrived damaged, most probably due to really bad packaging. We tried repeatedly to contact Mannequins Direct via email, phone and their own online contact form to ask for a replacement but never received a single reply and the phone line always seemed dead, with an automatic message saying "Sorry, there is a fault". We would have given a much higher rating if someone had got back to us, since we know that anyone can make mistakes and damage can occur in transit and we were pleased to have received the item quickly, but the lack of response was a huge disappointment and we're now left with a damaged item. Highly unlikely we would ever order from them again unless we receive some assurance of things being rectified.

Poor service
Instead of my order of 6 hanging torso mannequins, I got I white male half mannequin which had paperwork for a customer in Essex. Based on me living in North Yorkshire, 400 miles away, how on earth did this happen.

Worse than bad products and service. Don’t bother
The mannequin was delivered with very poor packaging, it looked like someone had returned it and it was sent out to me without being checked and with parts missing. I wrote to them within the 48 hrs they state on their web site asking them to sort this please and they haven’t even had the curtesy to reply to me.
