Excellent
Ordered my chair on a Sunday online, received an email on the Monday saying the chair had been dispatched. Received another email on Tuesday saying the chair had left Spain and was enroute to UK. Received another email from DPD on Wednesday saying my chair would be delivered on the Thursday, and it was! Superb, 4 days from start to finish! And the chair is great quality, everything I wanted. Would definitely use again.

Quality product, Very quick delivery
Very quick delivery - one week compared to 10 weeks offered by others. Good quality product, perfect condition, well wrapped up. Slight disappointement on colour as sofa did not perfectly match the leather swatch sample received earlier.

Office chair problem and no support
I ordered an office chair.
1. Missing pieces in the box (I had to buy screws myself and no user manual).
2. Assemblage was not possible as chair seating had seemingly manufacturing problems.
In my opinion this can all be solved with proactive customer service. However, company blamed me for putting chair elements apart (which I did not, as they came apart and were not even possible to attach to each other). Besides persons on phone were irritated and give no active support.
Now I'm stuck with €150 of loose chair elements and nowhere to go.
Really bad experience.

From a professional stand point a customer should not receive this way feedback and irritated tone of conversation. The way your colleague responded (irritated) on the phone, and the way you reply (not replied on any of my emails, and replied on this review) is below standards.
First of all, now after a week, I realize it is me to blame since I dismounted the wrong part. So you are absolutely right on that. However, I truly needed your help because at the time I did not know what to do. Your colleague on the phone responded with an irritated tone immediately. She said she would reply per email. After I sent emails I did not receive any help nor response, at all! And now you reply with this tone of voice, and still, I'm not helped with the problem.
Besides missing screws and manual, the quality is poor too (zippers of side bars missing, and leather cracks.
And still I'm stuck with chair parts I cannot use...

I am shocked and appalled that you have blatantly lied in your review with Trust Pilot and on the telephone to our office.
I can see from the photos you sent us that you have dismantled the frame of the chair.
It is clear there were no manufacturing problems.
My colleague was unable to give you any active support during your telephone call, because you was not truthful.
Sometimes clients make mistakes and it is very frustrating for us.
I am sad that you have decided to make a false feedback because this is not the essence of Trust Pilot.
The irony of this situation is this;
If you had been honest we could have arranged a solution for you from the factory.
As an International Brand Retro Europe are understanding and a decent company.
Honesty is the best policy when dealing with us, because solutions will always be offered as a gesture of goodwill.
All you had to do was ask !

Ordered my couch nearly 2 weeks ago. Worried now
Tip: read the other one star reviews . They exist. There is good reason.
Couch eventually arrived. It's fine but would never deal with these people again. Once they have your money, they didn't seem interested. Til you put a 1 star review up for your missing couch .....then you receive an email not with the whereabouts of your couch but to take the review down 'immediately' as it's 'unfair'. But my couch was still missing in action! I wasn't sure it was ever going to turn up. Surely 1 star is the only fair review?
Delivery took 2 weeks after numerous emails and calls with me eventually speaking to 1 English company and then from there, finding (internet and Google) and contacting the 2 Irish companies involved here in Dublin. The couch arrived the next day as a result. The box was broken and open , had large footprints on it and broken wood had fallen into the opened box. It had been missing so what do you expect. But thankfully and surprisingly there was no damage to the couch.
Ordered 26 September (not "late evening"), arrived 9 October. According to the company just a day late. This is also shockingly badly misrepresented.
PS: I did not say it was a "Great product" at any point as per Retro Europe's latest answer. Please don't misrepresent my words or reply. Buyer beware!

I am delighted that your Le Bauhaus 3pl Sofa arrived in perfect condition and that you find it to be a great product.
It most definitely is NOTrue that once Retro Europe have our customers money we are not interested and take no responsibility for
the delivery.
We keep our customers uptodate with an email confirmation of receipt of their order and we send another email after dispatch with delivery information.
We are available to speak on the telephone in English, French, German and Spanish and of course via email to answer any questions or queries. We also have a livechat service to assist our customers.
At all times your sofa was never missing but in transit between Southern Spain and Ireland via the UK.
We spoke to our agents in Spain and the UK who was in communication with the department in Dublin who fulfilled the final part of the delivery. I am sorry you feel we did not give you enough information of where your sofa was at all times and that you needed to make many telephone calls to track down your sofa.
We never expect our customers to assume the time and expense of tracking which is why we send out delivery instructions via email to advise you that you will receive a telephone call from the courier company when your furniture is ready to be delivered.
This is a very large piece of quality furniture which requires specialised handling and delivery.
We have 100% confidence in our delivery Agents across Europe and are happy to hear that the courier company telephoned you to arrange the final delivery and then they rang again before it arrived. Also, we are pleased to hear the driver was very kind and helpful.
We will try harder in the future to assist any customer concerns.

Great service
Great service. First I asked for a sample and that came fast. Then I ordered two armchairs and a sofa. Great quality build, excellent interpretation of Bauhaus style, and nice leather. They always answered my questions fast on email and kept me well informed about the delivery dates so I could ensure I was home.
Only tiny criticism was the free lamp was not to my taste and gave them both away.
I look forward to them expanding their range of products.

Very Bad Experience
Very Bad Experience. Although it's clear, that the delivered product includes a production-error, they don't care about and just say: thats a transport failure -> No guarantee, no warranty. Hands off, if possible. I'am in contact with my laywer to force a solution.
