The backpack is beautiful and perfect. Resistant and light material, strong zippers. Ideal for short and medium trips.

I love the bag so far... and the folks at Mark Rides had given me an upgrade to my bag.

The service with Mark Ryden was excellent. I was really disappointed with the shipping options - having to opt for Canada Post was not the best. We received the package later than expected and we could not get precise details on the shipping date. I realize that this has nothing to do with Mark Ryden’s service.

It’s a great bag! Looks very sharp. Great craftsmanship. And I’m particularly impressed with the strap that allows me to link my suitcase handle extension to the backpack for my carry-on travel purposes. Streamlines everything.

The package was well packed and is made of a quantity materials as expected. All zippers worked. The 17” model may be a little over kill. But, bigger is always better. Looking forward to the lifting of the travel restrictions so I can use the full function of the back pack.

Excellent quality bags, extremely well made, amazing customer service, easy to find products, and quick shipping. I was pleasantly surprised by how helpful support was with my many questions, and the bag I purchased exceeded my expectations.

Not very versatile. Big when riding on transit. Very warm when riding bike. Would recommend as a stylish, well made bag. Suitable for people who park their car and walk to the office. Not suitable for taking to gym after work.

Bag took 2 months to come in, likely due to COVID-19 so that's fine. The company is heavily marketed as a Canadian brand but the bag is 100% from china. External water resistant material feels of good quality but the zippers and inner lining is all of poor cost saving materials. For such a small bag priced this high I'd expect the company to go for the higher end materials throughout -especially since it's made in China. I'd be willing to understand price versus quality if it was made in Canada. My last bag was a Dakine which was around the same price but lasted 13 years of extensive use. This will be the only bag from this company that I purchase. I will note that the design and layout of the bag interior is great, just needs better material.

I think I had a great experience. As promised I got within a timely fashion, a durable stylish backpack delivered to me. It was / is in a mint condition, I have yet to use it outdoors, but I trust it has quality and longevity to hold up against the elements once I travel with it.

I am contemplating getting for my 2nd laptop another Mark Ryden Backpack, and just trying to see if i can get a good online discount before doing so.
