Exactly what I was looking for!
I spent about a month looking for a backpack that hit all the blocks on my list: all black, minimalist, rain-resistant, expandable, and comfortable. This bag did the job and then some! No complaints from me. Works great, have everything I need and more. If I ever need another bag, I’ll be sure to come here first.

I loved their prompt response and help during purchase.
The bag is durable and just as it advertises.
It depends on the model but it is on the heavier side when it come to the weight but worth it!

Excellent but.....
purchase process, product and your service can only be rated as first class.
But it’s hard to understand product was sitting in Dubai for four days (plus weekend) waiting for pick up.
But no complaints since I am very happy with my Fresh backpack.

Comfortable, Sleek, Just the right size!
Comfortable when wearing one shoulder strap or both (I’m 5’ 3”). Just the right size to use as an EDC or for traveling. Not too big, but big enough for my lunch, gym cloths, clutch purse & laptop/documents. Also, when full, it stands up on its own. I Love the feel of the material on the outside. It is really smooth and SOFT! For about a month, I have used this pack to travel by bus and by car to the office. overall it feels durable. The shoulder strap slot is great for my bus pass and money. The inside of the pack has slots to put stuff in without overdoing it. The laptop compartment is well padded. However, I mainly use it for work documents. I like that there are a couple exterior compartments that I can grab stuff from quick, ie earbuds, mirror, sanitizer, etc., without unlocking the main compartment. Overall I’m very happy with my purchase... it’s a great EDC to go to the office:)
