Plug plants destroyed in transit
I have no idea whether it was the fault of the packaging or due to mishandling by the courier, but the plants were so bashed about in transit that what little root system they had had been shaken out of the plugs. I sent the courier a photograph in their feedback form but have heard nothing. £30 pretty much wasted I am afraid. These brassicas plug plants were not really ready to be posted and certainly not in a box that got bashed around and damaged in transit.

Expensive mistake
While the service was very good and item was delivered within a few days of ordering, the product was not as expected. This turned out to be an expensive mistake.
